This refers to our water projects of LGU - Pio V. Corpus, Masbate with Reference
Nos. V-MAS-2015-10-007 to 010 where in one of the requirements is Environmental Compliance
Certificate (ECC) from EMB DENR.

In this connection, we would like to inform to your office that we are still in the
process of securing the required ECC. Thus, we request for your kind consideration to give us
ample time to complete the requirements.
