Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa praktek profesi keperawatan program B Program Studi Ilmu
Keperawatan Universitas Riau terhadap kualitas bimbingan instruktur klinik medikal bedah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
adalah deskriptif sederhana. Penelitian dilakukan pada mahasiswa program B Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Riau
yang telah melaksanakan praktek klinik keperawatan medikal bedah di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan
total sampling dengan jumlah mahasiswa sebanyak 44 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan
statisitik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa praktik klinik keperawatan medikal bedah program B Program
Studi Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Riau merasa puas terhadap kualitas bimbingan instruktur klinik medikal bedah. Berdasarkan
penelitian tersebut maka disarankan bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian sejenis dengan menyertakan poin-
poin penilaian lain yang lebih lengkap.

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of the students practice the profession of nursing B program Nursing Sci-
ence University of Riau on the quality of medical surgical clinical instructor guidance . The method used a simple descriptive .
The study was conducted on students of nursing science B program University of Riau who has conducted clinical practice of
medical-surgical nursing in Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru using sampling with a total number of students by 44 people.
Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire . Data were analyzed with the statistics descriptive . The results showed that
students medical-surgical nursing clinical practice nursing B program Nursing Science University of Riau are satisfied with the
quality of the medical-surgical clinical instructor guidance . Based on these studies it is suggested for future research to conduct
similar research to include other points of a more complete assessment
