ORDER
As per paper the order read as first above, Sports Coordinator and 6 Zonal Convenors were
nominated by the Hon'ble Vice Chancellor for conducting Sports and Games Competitions of the
University for the year 2016-'17.

In the meeting held on 16.08.2017, it was reported that the Zonal Convenors namely Prof. Joji
Varghese, MBCET (Thiruvananthapuram) and Dr. Syam, GEC (Kannur) have left the respective
stations and are no more functioning as such. Hence, the panel for conducting Sports and Games
competitions of KTU for the year 2017-'18 is reconstituted as detailed below:

Activity Reports and details of expenditure for the year 2016-'17 have to be furnished by the
Zonal Convenors, which will be consolidated and submitted by the Sports Coordinator withIin five
days of the receipt of this order without fail.

The Sports Coordinator will also arrange for preparation of budget and scheduling of activities
for the year 2017-'18 under intimation to the University.

Orders are issued accordingly.
