Machine Frame is made out of 125 X 65 X 6.5 channel.

Cross supports 100 X 50 X 6 channel.
Longitudinal support 65 X 6 , 65 X 9 L angles are used.
Additional supports 65 x 10 flat is used.
Bottom Cover is made out of 20 X 20 X 2630 mm long 27 No are used.
Reinforced with 10 X 10 square rod 22 No as guide bars to move the
coir towards the outlet.
End plate 10mm Thick.
Necessary stiffener plates and hinge is provided.
930mm diameter 2630mm long.
Top Cover is made out of 5 mm thick MS plate.
45 X 45 X 6.5 mm L angle 21 No is used as breakers.
End plate is of 10/5mm thick MS plates.
A feeding hopper is attached along with the top cover made out of 3
mm thick MS plate to feed Empty Fruit Bunch
The feeding hopper Inlet is closed with 5 mm thick rubber sheet.
The top cover is made out of two parts which can be opened and closed
by help of hinges fitted along with the body for cleaning and
maintenance purposes.
Decorticator (Beater) Shaft is made out of 100 dia 2830mm long EN 8.
26 No blades made out of 20 mm thick 65 mm width replaceable
blades.
The shaft is supported with spherical roller bearing 22222CCKW33
seated in SN522 Plummer block.
Driven pulley of 300 mm 3C is fitted to the saft.
Motor pulley 200mm 3C is fitted.
Shaft is rotated by c3100/c120 PB 3 No belt.
Electricals 30 Hp motor and its base frame having facility to tighten the belt is
attached to the bottom frame.
Star delta starter is provided.
Painting The machine is blasted and painted fully.
