Provide me some documents if some one have then it is very helpful for me.

You should go through the installation guide for each of the applications (EP/ECC) which has
the post installation steps in detail.

Hi,
But the Small baby should tell me that the kind of sweet he likes.
Like what is the functionality that you want to activate on the portal. I have added some of the
activities and would be easy to start with.
B)Install license
The system data you need to request the license from the SAP Service Marketplace is
displayed:
Software product
System ID
Hardware key
3. You can find information about applying for an SAP license key in the SAP Service

Download the certs from portal and import the certs in the STRUSTSS02.
Need to decide if you need to keep if you need to keep it local SLD ore point to central sld.
F) Try to update the Local sld if you want to have local sld.

A MUST READ WHEN YOU EXECUTE STEP G) . You must understand how EP is integrated with backend. You must decide to
use reverse proxies at appropriate places. Below two are very simple but useful documentation.

You need to download the certs from portal and apply them in the backend.
Check the below doc to download and apply the cert in backend.
http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/30194a02-1988-2d10-e9b8-
e8e28f3846a7?QuickLink=index&overridelayout=true (http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library
/uuid/30194a02-1988-2d10-e9b8-e8e28f3846a7?QuickLink=index&overridelayout=true)
How can i create another id Except administrator and assigned proper role that ID.
Then just login to the portal and try connection test as you did earlier.
Thanks

Hi Debasis
Important Note , The connection test will not work properly if you did not follow the note
"It is recomended to define UIDPW, just to verify that the connection is working"
so even if you have configured a successfull SSO between Portal and Backend (ECC)
the connection test will not work if you donot set "Logon Method" to UIDPW in the "user management" category .
Note that it is only for testing purpose . For productive usage you have to change that to

You are talking about configuration steps to supply data in to SLD. It is completely different
What i was taking about through Note 761917 is backend integration to enterprise portal
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/48/8eab6e86ba3cb8e10000000a42189d
/content.htm?frameset=/en/4a/ded71e279f4fa5870eb80b36019044/frameset.htm (http://help.sap.com

/ded71e279f4fa5870eb80b36019044/frameset.htm)
I was talking about the scenario where we configure system objects in portal to connect to backend
systems
Then we use the iviews from the templates to consume the backend applications
(transactions,webdynpro abap applications,bsp etc)

Hi Debasis
In the same help link that i have mentioned, once you have the system object created
then we need the content part to be consumed. click on content administration and it talks about
creating iviews
