DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Reconveyance entered into by and

between:

as the "LENDER/MORTGAGEE")

as the "BORROWER/MORTGAGOR")

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the BORROWER/MORTGAGOR is the registered

owner of a certain parcel of land situated in

WHEREAS, the LENDER/MORTGAGEE is merely holding the

above-described property in trust for the true and real
owner of the afore-described parcel of land who is the
BORROWER/MORTGAGOR as duly acknowledged by the
LENDER/MORTGAGEE in a document entitled

is executing this deed to effect the true and real

name and to issue in lieu thereof a new Transfer
Certificate of Title in the name of the
BORROWER/MORTGAGOR after payment of all registration
fees and transfer taxes.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the stipulations

and covenants contained herein, The LENDER/MORTGAGEE
hereby CEDE, TRANSFER and RECONVEY the above-described
parcel of land described under Transfer Certificate of
Title No. _____________ unto and in favor of the
BORROWER/MORTGAGOR, his heirs, assigns, and
successors-in-interests, including all improvements
thereon.
