On behalf of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)

Obligations :

1. To perform installation of Electrical services as outlined in Sub Contract Agreement No. 11584C2 between marina

and Aster for Borouge Innovation Center, Abu Dhabi. Addendum No.1 added is part of this agreement.

2.Produce and coordinateB.O .Q schedule to seek approvals by the client (Aster) against monthly re-measured works.

3.Perform works in compliance to all governing authorities and compliance to Aster and client requirements.

Provide for all necessary Electricianhand tools and in compliance to the Contract Specifications

4.1Workmen's compensation Insurance.Copy of valid Workmen's Compensation Insurance Policy to be provided

upon the request of the client .

4.2Contractor's All Risk -In the case of insurance against loss or damage to the subcontractor works such

for Blue Galaxy Electromechanical Cant. Company L.L.C and their operatives on a Back to Back basis.

Works in the Contractor's All Risk Policy which shall be provided free of cost by the Contractor.

5.Quality Assurance - The Contractor acknowledges to working in accordance with the International Standard ISO

9001.ln particular -ensure proper QA/QC is administered to implement the Contractors Quality Control Procedures

for the project

6.Adopt the procedures and com ply w ith the requirem ents for storage of materials/equipment with Aster procedL.re

7.Guarantee the calibration (tracea bility of releva nt certifica t es) of the measuring and testing apparatus.

8 .Reporting : The parties shall hold weekly meetings at the site, and on dates and at times to be mutually agreed.

These management meetings shall be attended by the Parties senior management.

Maintenance period for t he works shall be 12 months commencirig on the date of the 'Taking Over Certificate'

On completion of the proj ect ready for occupation and beneficial use by the client.

9.Blue Galaxy to be held responsible for the site management coordi nating t he works and interface works of others.

Marking out BWIC for the electrical w orks in conjunction with ASTE R coordinated Dwg for BWIC.
