According of it, Ningrum (2012) also described that the quality of education Indonesia is still relatively low, it shows that the quality of human resources in Indonesia is also still relatively low. this is evidenced based on the results of a survey conducted by UNESCO in 2000 regarding the ranking of human development index that is the composition of education, health, and income per capita achievement that indicates that the index of human development is decreasing. 0n 1966 to 102, 1997 to 99, 1998 to 105 dan 1999 to 109. many innovations in education have been done to improve the quality of education in Indonesia and also no exception in the subjects of social studies grade Senior high School especially adjustment journals services company. Teacher of Accountancy has been used powerpoint media for teaching and learning but still was not interesting. It is because of the the view is less interesting, they still didnt use animation, musical instrument, less interactive assessment instrument Method Reseach and Development. This research using Quantitative and Qualitative data. Subject The population of this research is class Xi IPS SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro and wat taken 20 students of class Xi IPS as Sample of this research. The model of development of interactive multimedia-based learning media is pursued as possible as a reference in the development of interactive multimedia-based learning media products. The model of multimedia-based interactive learning media development consists of three stages: define, preparation, . Manipulation Model development of interactive multimedia-based learning media consists of three stages of the definition (define), preparation stage (design), and development stage (develop). Definition Stage (define), in this stage the researchers will analyze the necessary needs before designing multimedia-based interactive learning media. Step 2 is design. At this stage the researcher makes the media design to be tested. The main activities at this stage include pre production, production and finishing. In the development stage (develop) consists of study of interactive multimedia- based learning media using Adobe Flash program as a medium of accounting learning in SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro on the material of the journal customization of service companies by media experts and materials experts, media validation by media experts and material experts (lecturers and accounting teachers) and limited trials of 20 students. Major activities at this stage were media review by media experts, media review by material experts, data analysis and revisions, revised results review (Draft I), media validation and limited trials. data analysis of validation results and limited trial results and validity of media. Instrument The instruments used in this study to collect data are opened questionnaire and closed questionnaire. The open questionnaire consists of a media review sheet by a material expert and a media review sheet by a media expert. The results of the assessment of the respositive questionnaire can be analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the likert scale Hasil Based on the analysis of validation results from material experts, media experts Penelitian and students' opinions, the feasibility of interactive multimedia-based learning media developed when viewed from the three components of media feasibility are (1) content quality and objectives components, (2) instructional quality components, and (3) technical quality component obtained value of 87.28% with very reasonable criteria. So it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia- based learning media developed is feasible to be used as an alternative medium in the process of accounting learning where it obtains a feasibility score of 87.28% with very reasonable criteria. Student responses to multimedia-based interactive learning media obtained positive response of 90.83%. This is in accordance with the theory of Riduwan (2013) about the interpretation of media worthiness where if 81% then classified as very decent strengths The strengths of this research is: 1. From the tittle. The tittle has been already explains the overall content. After I red the research, the authorwas explained clearly the function of the multimedia interactive and its problem. 2. From the abstract that the author able to describe the purpose of the study so that every reders and reviewers got the focus and result of the study only by red the abstract 3. finesse between elements the atuthor explained all the researcher is able to explain every element of the research logically so that the reader can understand the material and the problem to be solved 4. the authentic of findings the authenticity of this research is the development of research on the use of powerpoint media that is less interesting when the economic lesson adjustment journal material. therefore the authors reveal more clearly that the media powerpoint can be developed so as to create an interesting learningKemutakhiran Masalah. 5. weakness The weakness of this research :
1. The authors did not include prior research relevant to the research he wrote 2. The author use multimedia interactive to improve the studentss interest while teching and learning. It is better if the author make a method or models learning development so the student able to understand the materials faster.
