To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this recommendation to enthusiastically support Heidi M. Erb becoming part of

your team. I have been able to get to know Heidi since she started as an Employee
Administration Intern on May 8, 2017 at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. In her current role,
Heidi is responsible for a variety of tasks; interacting directly with employees, providing support
for daily operations, and assisting in a wide variety of office tasks. Through this service, she has
had the unique opportunity to support several departments; Food & Beverage, Ride Operations,
and Safety & Security, equaling a combined 2,645 employees. My position has presented a
unique opportunity to view Heidis progress within the scope of the overall intern program that
has been present within the office apparatus for fifteen years. Within this view Heidi has risen
above much of the current and previous interns in a way that I sometimes confuse her with being
a supervisor.

Heidis method of leaning key applications is detail oriented, which has contributed to her quick
transition from new intern to expert. Just recently I was able to utilize Heidi on a very busy day
for the office. Event times were changing for the GIANT Center, Security staff was being called
to schedule orientation, and call intake was increased. Throughout this very hectic day I could
rely on Heidi to keep faultless records as she checked people within the IBM notes databases and
signed people up for orientation, changed schedules in KRONOS, and submitted tickets needed
in the IssueTrack system. Her ultimate ability could only be achieved by approaching her work
with an absolute ethical methodology that is absent of laziness or sloppy work overall.

This has been shown through her attendance record which shows that she did not miss one day
during the program and did pick up additional shifts to help the team. Congruent to our in house
recognition program Heidi was picked as the Office Rock Star during the height of the
program beating out twenty others on her team. Heidi has been an asset to our team, and I am
sure that she will also be an asset to yours.
