Clarification shall be made below point

regarding to the Q0 open command from
PSCS.

This is the open command from PSCS

without through going Local/Remote
selector switch on the GIS local. Noted, this command will be removed from
1 10 H. Shimizu RCP drawings.
On the other hand, GIS Circuit diagram SIE-
EL001-COMMON-028 Rev B Sheet MA1
includes PSCS off command as well
through Local/Remote selector switch. It is
an operator confusing logic, which shall be
clarified by Siemens/HIWIN and corrected.
 Typical Comment
If wiring to be connected with external
panels provided by Contractor, please state
"By
2 10 W. S. Park contractor" . See comment N 1.
We will inform you the name of panel and
number of terminals.
Siemens shall incorporate it on this
drawing.
