ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT

This is to acknowledge the Receipt of the amount of One Hundred

Thousand Pesos (P100, 000.00); in Philippine Currency, and receipt is hereby
acknowledged which was given to me by Aurora Grace C. De Jesus and Jonaflo
C. Gutierrez;

That the said amount is the full payment for the Extra-Judicial Settlement
with Deed of Absolute Sale we executed.
