Recruitment Criteria
Age between 20 and 60 years
Passed medical examinations
Granted SIRD screening and licensing clearance
Good deportment and presentable
Min ‘O’ Level, NTC-3, Sec 2 or SPM education level
Read and write fair English
Basic computer knowledge
WSQ/ NSRS certified Officers / Ex-SPF and SCDF
Handing / Taking Over
Standby to takeover assignment
Understudy with outgoing security provider
Acknowledgement and endorsement by both incoming and outgoing
security providers on customer’s property, witnessed by customer’s
representative
Saint Security management staff on site for 2-4 weeks
Implementation of security instructions and SOPs
Troubleshooting of security operational issues on site
Endorsement of security training checklist by security officers
Saint Security operations takeover security team
