Deed of Assignment

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Deed of Assignment, entered into by and between

ARNOLD BANSILIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal
address at RH Mother, Santiago City, Philippines, herein referred to as the ASSIGNOR,
and NICOLO F. PACI and JOSEPH S. PACI, both of legal age, Filipinos with addresses
at De Guzman St., Central West, San Fernando, La Union, Philippines, and Tuba,
Benguet, Philippines, respectively, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEES.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the Assignor is the attorney-in-fact of FATIMA B. BULOS for

purposes of processing the latters claim for just compensation arising from the
implementing of the project: Gaunan-Mileb-Bakat-Pidsawan Road-Dike at Bakat,
Sultan Sa Barongis, Region II.

WHEREAS, processing of claim for just compensation is at the Department of

Public Works and Highways.

WHEREAS, the affected property of Fatima B. Bulos is 13,481 square meters,

portion of T-17526 Lot No. 1755B.

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNEES rendered immeasurable assistance to the Assignor

for the approval and eventual release of the amount representing Fatima B. Bulos just
compensation claim which to date is SEVEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS [ 7,414,550.00].

WHEREAS, without the assistance and/or services extended by the ASSIGNES

to the ASSIGNOR, the just compensation claim subject hereof might or could not be
approved/released.

WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. The ASSIGNEES under to cause the complete release of the claim subject hereof
not later than December 31, 2015.

2. As rightful compensation, the ASSIGNOR absolutely assigns to the ASSIGNEES

fifteen percent (15%) of the amount granted to Fatima B. Bulos.

3. The ASSIGNOR submits this deed along with other documents necessary for
claim collection at the DPWH such that the check representing the 15% due the
ASSIGNEES will be issued in the names of the ASSIGNEES, JOINTLY.

4. The parties herein must ALL be together every time just compensation payment/s
due Fatima B. Bulos is released. Neither party will receive whats due him without
the presence of the other; and

5. The ASSIGNOR undertakes to faithfully comply with his obligations arising from
the deed.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures
this 23rd day of December 2016 at Baguio City, Philippines.

BEFORE ME, personally appeared the above-named parties with their respective
identification papers, representing themselves to me to be the same persons who
executed the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged the same to be their own free
act and voluntary deed. This refers to a Deed of Assignment consisting of two [2] pages
including this one signed by the parties and sealed with my notarial seal.
