RESUMEN
El presente trabajo de investigacin tiene por finalidad determinar la existencia de la capacitacin y su Relacin en el
Desempeo Laboral del Personal Administrativo de las Facultades de las Universidades de la Provincia de Hunuco,
2017.
El objetivo general, es determinar la relacin que existe entre la capacitacin y el desempeo laboral del personal
administrativo de las facultades de las universidades de la Provincia de Hunuco.
El hiptesis general es la capacitacin influye significativamente el desempeo laboral del personal administrativo de
las facultades de las Universidades de la provincia de Hunuco, 2017.
La metodologa, tipo de investigacin es aplicada. El enfoque es cualitativo. El alcance o nivel es
descriptivo/vorrelacional. El diseo es no experimental. Poblacin est constituida por las universidades pblicas y
privadas de la provincia de Hunuco. La muestra consta de 70 trabajadores del personal administrativo.
El Resultado de la capacitacin y su relacin en el desempeo laboral del personal administrativo en la universidad
nacional Hermilio Valdizn luego de someterse al coeficiente de spearman arrojo 0.613, lo que indica que existe una
correlacin positiva alta entre la capacitacin y su relacin en el desempeo laboral.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research work is to determine the existence of the training and its Relationship in the Labor
Performance of the Administrative Staff of the Faculties of the Universities of the Province of Hunuco, 2017. The
general objective is to determine the relationship that exists between the training and the work performance of the
administrative staff of the faculties of the universities of the Province of Hunuco. The general hypothesis is the training
significantly influences the work performance of the administrative staff of the faculties of the Universities of the
province of Hunuco, 2017. The methodology, type of research is applied. The approach is qualitative. The scope or
level is descriptive / relational. The design is non-experimental. Population is constituted by the public and private
universities of the province of Hunuco. The sample consists of 70 administrative staff workers. The result of the
training and its relation in the labor performance of the administrative personnel in the national university Hermilio
Valdizn after submitting to the coefficient of spearman throws 0.613, which indicates that there is a high positive
correlation between the training and its relation in the labor performance .
