RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
The present research work entitled "THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
IN THE COMPANY FABRICAM - HUNUCO - 2017", arises with the interest of knowing and
demonstrating in the first instance the direct relationship that exists between the quality of
service and satisfaction the client's.
The population is of 05 offices in the supply area of different municipalities that are located in
the city of Hunuco and the sample is 20 workers from the different offices in the supply
area. The present research work corresponds to a descriptive - correlational design because it
studies the relationship between two variables. It will determine the extent to which two
variables are related. That is, the degree to which the variations that occur in one factor
correspond to the one experienced by the other. The instrument that was used to collect
information is the survey questionnaire which allowed us to obtain accurate information.
It was possible to explain the Quality of Service and the Satisfaction of the client in the
company manufactured - Hunuco - 2017. Since the administration will help to achieve the
goals, it has to make sure that everything works, achieving the satisfaction of the clients
reflected in the quality of service of the collaborators of the company.
