    1. The Directorate General of Shipping has constituted a Goods and Services Tax (GST) Cell to help with the implementation of GST within the organization and to guide stakeholders. 2. The GST Cell is chaired by Shri Vatsalya Saxena, Deputy Director General of Shipping, and includes several other members from the Directorate. 3.
