- prepared a range of activities use the letter sound as well as the letter

- focused on capital and lowercase Ii (try to name
use proper names rather than small and big)- remember to keep reinforcing behaviour
- good tune in activity- video then picture that you expect
flash cards- children were engaged - have resources ready on tables so students
- explained table activities before sending arent left on the mat waiting
children to begin - use and model full sentences when talking
- did a recap on main learning at the end of to the students (e.g. yes, you made an

step- children were excited and happy to

the beginning but then forgotten during
the lesson. Need to keep reminding
students of expectation.

perfect, in the middle a bit to much wait
