HELP DESK - This module manages the registration and providing patient number
number

REGISTRATION :

1. Registration is done when the patient visits the Hospital for the first time.
2. Details of the patient along with Photo and emergency contact can be registered.
3. Once the patient is registered with the hospital a ‘ CFN – CASE FILE NUMBER ’ is given for the patient.
4. Every time the patient visits the hospital , the patient will be identified with the CFN .
5. At any time registration information can be updated .

GENERATE IP / OP NUMBER :

1. Once the patient is given a CFN , then the patient has to be given a IP or OP Number according to the type of visit.
2. The OP / IP Number contains the Current Year , Month , Date and the number of the patient.
3. For every month the number starts from 1 , by which the user can know the number of patient that has
visited the hospital.
4. This IP / OP Number will be automatically linked with the Patient’s CFN.
5. OP Number will be Active that date .
6. IP Number will be Active till the Health Care provider change the patient status to Inactive.

PATIENT SEARCH :

1. Patients details can be searched for a quick reference using the CFN .
2. Patient’s personal details , photo , bill history and visit history can be seen.
3. Current number of IN Patients and details of the patients like personal information , photo , bed / room details ,
bill history can also be viewed.

OP WAITING LIST MANAGEMENT:

1. Manages the OP Waiting l List.

2. Send alerts to the Consulting Physicians regarding the number of patients waiting for them .
3. Physicians can send messages to help desk requesting them to send the next patient in or can instruct them
not to receive any more patients .

CHANGE PATIENT STATUS :

Once the patient has been treated , discharged and all the process has been completed the patient’s status must be changed to
Inactive .

FACT SHEET :

1. Gives the complete Medial Report of the patient.

2. Records can be retrieved using the CFN, which brings the entire record from the date the
patient has been registered with the hospital .
3. Records can also be retrieved using the IP Number or OP Number , which will show the
medical record for that particular visit.

CONSENT :

1. Create new Consent template according to the user’s requirement.

2. Edit or delete a existing template.
3. Prepare Consent for a patient using the template.
4. View / Edit / Delete a patient’s Consent.
5. Import a template .

REQUEST INVESTIGATION :

1. The user can send a request for a investigation for a patient to the Laboratory.
2. Investigations that has been previously request for a particular patient can also
be viewed.

VIEW INVESTIGATION REPORTS :

1. Investigation reports that are completed and sent by the laboratory can be viewed .
2. Both Imaging and Biochemical lab reports can be seen.

DISCHARGE SUMMARY :

1. Create Discharge Summary and save it for further reference.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT – Manages the Inventory of a organization

BUILD INVENTORY :

1. Add new items to the Inventory

2. Separate Reorder level can be set for each and every item in the Parent Inventory.
