From the past experience it has been observed that branches are in need to reverse the Income that have
beenbookedinthecurrentmonthandinpreviousmonth.AspertherequestofaccountsdepartmentaNew
menuhavebeenintroducedinFinaclebythenameofRINCOMforreversalofIncomeamountandGSTthat
havebeenbookedtovariousheadsduringthecurrentmonthandinpreviousmonths.
ThemainfeaturesoftheMenuRINCOMareasunder:
1.SystemwillpermittoreverseIncomeforthecurrentmonthandofpreviousmonth.
2.GSTcollectedcanbereversedonlyforcurrentmonth.
3.Menuwillallowonlyfullamountoftransactiontobereversedi.e.partialamountofIncomeandGST
cannotbereversed.Branchwillhavetoreversefullamountoftheoriginaltransactionmade.
4.UserwillhavetogiveOldtransactionno,OldtransactiondateandOldparttransactionnoinorderto
reverse the amount. System will automatically credit the account from where amount was debited
earlier.

ThereversalofGSTispermittedonlyinthemonthinwhichsamehavebeendeducted.
