Help to Buy Agreement Youth Groups

We want to make sure equipment is available to those that need it as we dont want opportunities to be
missed. This is why we have decided to offer short term credit to enable people to get the kit they need.
Our agreements are free from any interest or charges for up to 3 months for orders up to 150.00 and 6
months for orders up to 250.00, with a 25% deposit.

This credit agreement is between NAS TAC LTD and the guarantor, not the recipient of the equipment. A
guarantor may be a person of authority within your organisation and will be accountable for all remaining
debts after the dictated payment term ends.

Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer using the details supplied during order confirmation.

NAS TAC LTD is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and operates these credit agreements under the CCA Small number of
payments exemption. We only offer these agreements to help people that need equipment to allow them to take part in activities such as
those offered by youth organisations. That said, we believe we still have a responsibility to our customers and so agreements will be carefully
considered and unfortunately, may be turned down. Remaining balances will be recovered from the guarantor, leaving them to recover
remaining balances from the recipient of the goods supplied. Guarantors must be 18+. Delivery address cannot be a residential address.
Payment extensions may be granted at the discretion of NAS TAC LTD. Completed forms can be brought in to our office at 161, sent in via post
or emailed to nastacltd@gmail.com, we will then confirm the agreement by sending you a completed copy of the agreement for your records
and to confirm your order via email, we may also ask for identification at this time.
