Thank you for choosing us as your main candy supplier. I am sorry you have not
received your shipment, and I will be happy to look into this issue.

Looking at your acount it says you ordered 2 tons of our famous Wonka Bars and they
should have been delivered a week ago. By our tracking system they seem to have
never left the Planet Express delivery ship. We will look into this further to find out what
happened to your candy. Your options are as follows:
Get a full refund
Get full credit back on your account
Have the order reshipped (with our old shipping provider).
