Introduction

Wisdom is born out of the creation of structures rather than adherence to them. The
exact opposite of a God is not a Devilit is a Fool.

Unlike most manuscripts on the subject, the proposed purpose of the writings here is not to tell you
what is known, but to show you wherein can be raised its possibilities.

I have to say that this must have also been the idea, intent, mindset, and mentality of the original
creators and teachers of the Kabbalah.

But to be clear, whats written here are my own thoughts and ideas. I have yet to do any really deep
study of Jewish Mysticism. I have not read the Zohar front to back (or should I say 1st volume to the
last?), nor the Bahir, nor any other centuries old Jewish text that may apply to the subject. And,
although I might mention the names of others who inspired some of the ideas, the ideas in no way
reflect their thoughts and teachings either.

But let me also be clear that this isnt an attempt to draw connections that arent strongly suggested, its
not an attempt follow the Pseudo Scientific, Pseudo Philosophers Facebook fad of posting random
correspondences.

Even though I do believe in the Hermetic Law of Correspondence, I also believe there is a practical limit
to its usefulness when trying to match things that only have vague relation. The things I have sought to
deal with are all a part of the Kabbalistic tradition as it known todaymostly including the Tree of Life,
Astrology, and the drawing of logical conclusions as to how they relate to one another.
----------------------------
For the most part, facts are the Divine Words of today, and Science is the Religionwith Mankind
seeking to empower its own self as the God.

To make manifest that which is known involves quantification.

Even still, there are things concerning which Man has neither choice nor control. Willingly or not, there
must be a place made for the unknown, and the unknowable.

To make manifest that which is unknown involves creation. To make manifest the unknowable involves
imagination.
----------------------------
My aim here is to negotiate the known, the unknown, and the unknowable all at once, via their common
center, which is creation. In doing so to deal with the subject of the tree, which is life. For life is not just
one but all of these particulars combined, as mediated through the structure that brings forth
manifestation.

Life itself is nothing if not a continuous act of creation. What you witness when dealing with the Tree of
Life, and what is to be first understood when investigating its intricacies, is that its simply a symbolic
representation.

It isnt a literal illustration of that process itself. The process of creation, in and of itself, doesnt have
physical parts, so it would be impossible to illustrate it literally. The Tree of Life is symbolic. Therefore, in
order to understand it fully, its very important that you know and keep in mind what a symbol actually
is.

I define what a symbol is in a straightforward way. I see it as an object or illustration that contains and
conveys messages and meanings.

Additionally, symbols are a form of intuitive communication. Symbols capture the understanding of the
individual in an organized waythey give structure to the imagination and they cast it, like a reflection,
back to the observer.

A symbol is like a multi-faceted jewel, with each facet being capable of several different interpretations.
A symbol, therefore, must be studied from many different aspects. However, there is no specific code
that can be used to decipher a symbol.

There is a large distinction between a symbol and an encrypted message. An encrypted message is
crafted with the intent to convey a very specific and literal message through very specific and logical
means. It relies on the analytical skills of the reader to know exactly what meanings or significances are
attached to each part of whatever is being illustrated.

When not reading it like a literal blueprint of Divinity, most people seem to treat their study of the Tree
of Life and the Kabbalah and the interpretation of their observations as if deciphering an encrypted
message.

A symbol has no fixed message and relies on the experience and intuition of a person to reach within
themselves and surmise on the possibilities contained within the illustration as a whole.

Encryption seeks to conceal information by withholding the necessary means to reveal connections to
external eyes.
Symbol seeks to reveal through the extraction of meaning from the deep recesses of the mind of anyone
who looks upon it.

Encryption tends to convey certainty and fact with regard to the character of its final messageburied
beneath obstruction.

Symbol prefers to be totally upfront, yet also non-literal in the means with which it seeks to deliver.

To be more accurate and less clear, symbolism is what is finally not only mere ideas, but mere ideas of
what may or may not have been the authors true intension.

One should not assume fixed conclusions concerning the meaning of a symbol. The meaning of a symbol
changes with the mind of the observer.

As for me, one way that I have started thinking of the Tree of Life not so much as a unique and separate
entity unto itself, but rather as a pictorial representation of Astrological concepts.

Elements as Understood within the Tree of Life

My recent thinking has been that Malkuth shouldnt be thought of as the opposite of Kether. Malkuth
could be better compared with Ain Soph Aur, of which you break down into 3 partsjust like, according
to what I have learned, one can break down Malkuth into separate Elementsi.e. it is a combination of
the Elements. And, there is the thought that the Element Earth is not distinct and separate in and of
itself but instead is a combination of other Elements.

Seeing as how looking at the Tree of Life and Jacobs Ladder, and also the Cubes that things tend to
merge and combine to differing degrees in different places and both the content and distribution of
substances is what determines how you are to identify one entity/item from the next.

Source vs. Substance

Maybe its the combination of all the elements which allows you to make the Hexagram (since the
Hexagram, among other things, is also a symbolic representation of all the Elements in one geometric
shape):

But the main points are as follows:

The substance and the vessel need one another, because one without the other leaves them
incomplete. This is, again, the relationship of polarities. My thought is that with the Hebrew (or maybe it
came from Hermetics itself, where are the teachings from which I most learned about the Elements)
tendency to focus on the Male aspect.

This leads to the misunderstanding that what is seen as being first or above within their false hierarchy,
meaning that which was also interpreted as Spirit, was therefore to be interpreted as the source and the
whole, when really, its just another aspect of the whole and the result of combining of other elements.
In that sense only, the sense that you can break it down into simpler Elements, is it the source of others.

Chapter 2 Concerning Paradigms

How Magical Paradigms Express Through the Elements

With regard to understanding magic, consider what Frater Akenu provided on page 7 in his book Liber
Azag - The Book of Sigils. The idea given there, which he says he originally found as described by Frater
U. D., was the basis from my understanding of magic thereafterwas it real or imagine, what it was
exactly and how it operated.

1. Energetic paradigm everything is energy, different frequencies of energy cause different

results [Earth]
2. Information paradigm everything is information, everything is symbolism, by manipulating our
own internal symbolism we can affect the symbolism of the world [Air]
3. Psychology paradigm all the Magick is caused by our psyche, by our unconsciousness [Water]
4. Spirit paradigm everything is governed by spirits, each action, event or item has its own spirit,
we can communicate with them through the use of symbolism [Fire]
5. Meta paradigm all previous paradigms are sorta true. There is an internal mechanic of Magick
we cannot comprehend, but we can use it by either of the previous paradigms [Spirit]

4 Worlds and their Arrangement

Earth and Spirt make polarities of one another, both Elements functioning as considerations of the other
4 Elements, but with Earth being the manifestation of all 4 (like light separated by a prism) while Spirit
being the potentiality of all 4 (like a pure, white light that has not been split or reflected off any
surface)and in their polarity having a similar relationship as does Fire to Water and which Air being
the only true intermediary. With this in mind, I would say one could arranged the Worlds of the
Kabbalah in the following order:

Spirit Potential/Intention/Initiation
Fire Emanation
Air Formation
Water Creation
Earth Action

Chapter 3 The 4 Directions

The Nature of the 4 Directions

Had some recent thought concerning Challenge of the Gods and the vision called The Board Game, on
page 99 of Magical Knowledge III. There are 4 players. I associated these with not only the 4 Elements,
but the 4 Directionswhich Josephine McCarthy describes as follows:

The four directions are the pattern of creationit tells you how power flows into
creation and expresses through the magical directions which in turn form the power
into particular dynamics of power in, power out, past, future, substance, none
substance, etc.

Looking at the Fate cards of Quareia, I have learned to associate them with the 4 Directions.

Direction Card Pentagram Phrase Magical Weapon

East Fate Giver I Give Sword
South Wheel of Fate I Will Be Wand
West Fate Holder I Receive Cup
North Fate Taker I Come From Shield
----------------------------
I just happened to take a look at the book cover of Inner Traditions of Magic by William G. Gray.
I first noticed the Magical Tools/Weapons. Looking closer, I noticed the wreaths that the angels were
holding and saw the positions they were holding them in. I also looked at this illustration in terms of the
Tree of Life and it seems to me that the top angel, which would represent the area around Kether, with
the with the wreath being held above the head of the angel who possesses the sword, is indicating the
power that emanates from Kether/the wands/the Future is embodied in the pillar + Jakin. The angel at
the bottom, which is in the area around Malkuth/the shield/the Past, holds the wreath below the angel
who holds the cup, indicating a relationship with the pillar Boaz.

My thought now is that this gives evidence for saying just like the power of Kether is projected down,
the power of Malkuth admittedly could be said not to project as it is a passive power, however, it still
could be said to flow/be pressured/or be drawn upward.

The two angels in the center who hold the sword and the cup also hold a wreath that is both in the
center and directly below the angel at the top. I think this not only refers to the forces of balance that
constitute the Middle Pillar, which here could be said to ultimately be manifestations of the powers of
Kether and Malkuth after they have been projected, then met and counteracted one another in an act
of balancing, but it is also an acknowledgement of the flow of time into the future.

Given that the powers can be said to flow to one another, looking at this picture I now tend to wonder if
the flow of time into the future is an indication that instead of being perfectly equal and therefore
neutralizing to each other, that the powers behind Malkuth dont slightly overcome those of Kether
even if only by an instant or within the smallest degree to make progression of matter through time
possible as opposed to time frozen in an eternal stalemate.
----------------------------
The Functioning of the 4 Directions

Similar to the note a few entries above, I think that the 4 Directions can be looked at as a bit like a
Medium/Environment (and also its not a literal direction of course, but a choice of action, the means
through with one chooses to interact), and maybe the Inner Contacts being worked with in visionary
magic would be the Other. In this I mean that consideration of the 4 Directions would involve
consideration for the following:
Medium/Environment
Consciousness/Contact
Communication/Exchange

Or something similar. Therefore, just like with my recent Tarot reading asking what powers tend to be
most active in which directions for me, when looking at the qualities of the directions and the qualities
of the powers within each direction, one is looking at something that is dynamic and can change.

One has to view it accordingly instead of assigning a fixed value to the directions. It becomes true that
the directions and their qualities are fixed, however, the powers that are active in them and their
qualities are mutable. Its the different between Being and Action. State and Activity. I would say this is
what makes change possible in the first place as opposed to having something that is without motion or
time; without consciousness or life.

A Direction has a particular charge attached to it. I think my ritual activity changed the charge within the
directions:

East + Emanating - Air

South + Future + Fire
West - Dissolving - Water
North - Past + Earth

Above, the directions are defined as the combination of Place Within Time and The Mode of Action
Taken. Whats given is the natural state, or at least the most expected state given the common
teachings. I would say that Time is a Fixed/Constant Factor and doesnt change placeand they can be
seen as what is normally referred to or thought of when speaking about the 4 Directions. The Elements
are the Powers what determine Change through their Activity.

Part 2 - Astrology

Chapter 1 Planets

About Planetary Nature in General

One interesting thing to think about is whether or not the Planet Saturn could correspond to Fire. This is
interesting because I corresponded all the Supernals to Fire and Daat, which is actually level with the
two lower Supernals, is matched with Saturn. It is therefore arguable to apply the Fire Element to
Saturn.

Saturn is usually associated with the Element of Earth and is said to be the energy of restriction,
boundary, and containment. However, one could argue that this is not necessarily its nature so much as
it is the means by which to bring about its truer nature. As an analogy, you get power from a
combustible engine by creating a very strict structure (a machine) that initiates, contains and directs
powerful forces. The machine itself is not the powerful force, but only the mediator of that force.

It might can be said that structure and restriction and boarder is simple the mediator of the forces which
are more truly representative of Saturn. Saturn, in effect, would take on the idea thats usually
associated with the powers of Mars.

Saturn can thereby be seen as best represented by the element of Fire. In contrast, thinking about how
Mars is associated with Geburah, which itself is a Sephiroth sphere associated with binding and
restricting and limiting, one could then associate the powers that are usually attributed to Saturn to
Marsand with Saturn the one usually being associate with the Element Earth then shows that
association is best attributed to Mars.

This would make some sense first in these two Planets are seen as being tied to one anotherand
secondly in that Saturn is known as the Greater Malefic while Mars is Lesser Malefic.

In fact, I think the truly best way to look at these things is not to be too strict/fixed at all in the
correspondences. Its more complicated than Black and White. The forces of the two Planets are actually
complimentary to one another. Their Action and their Being are opposite of one another and therefore
create an interlocking whereby in action they become the sides of a whole. Or I would actually call Mars
the Negative side, Saturn the Middle, and Jupiter the Positive side.
----------------------------
Reading Book Review - Emil Stejnar's 'Magic with Astrology' https://theomagica.com/blog/book-review-
emil-stejnars-the-four-elements-the-secret-key-to-spiritual-power/ and finding it interesting to equate
the Planets of Astrology with human organs within the subtle body.

Hearing Mercury Speak Vocal Cords

Touch Venus Feel Nervous System
Sight Jupiter Observe Eyes
Smell Moon Speculate Nose
Taste Mars Consume Stomach
Position Sun Orientate Brain
Organization Saturn Coordinate DNA

Whats interesting is that I tend to think of Touch, which, according to the above, is governed by Venus,
is a basis for all the other senses. I also tend to associate Venus strongly with the element Earth and not
only that but with the Feminine and Goddess.

Sun/Position is basically the summation and integration of all the senses above it in order to have
awareness of the body as a whole. Which seems appropriate, just like in the Tree of Life, the sphere of
Tiphareth, associated with Sol, is supposed to be an embodiment of the other Sephiroth. And, in
Astrology, I have heard the Sun to have this same quality.

Saturn/Organization also deals with all other more minor Planets/Senses, but in order to direct how the
body is constructed. I mostly see Sun and Saturn as being equal and working in tandem.
The difference between Sun and Saturn is that Sun deals with the whole with regard to how the whole
relates to itself. Saturn is truly all-encompassing to the body just as Sun is. Saturn constructs the body
while Sun adds life to the structure.

Chapter 2 Zodiac

Zodiac and Relationship to the Shemhamphorash

Just took a look on http://www.tarrdaniel.com/documents/Hermetika/shem_ha_mephorash.html and it

seems to give evidence to support breaking the Shem Angels into groups of 6 and associating them with
the Zodiac signs. Example:

1. VEHUIAH and Hoya

How many people say about me: "There is no refuge of God!"

[ Psalm 3: 3 ]

Latin name: Deus Exaltator

Report: "The uplifting of God"
Task: To repair the past
Angelic Order (Jewish): Chajoth if Qadesh ()
Archangel (Jewish): Metathron ()
Angelic Order (Christian) Seraphs [Seraphim]
Allah Neve(i): Sul-Dschalali-wal-Ikram
Gematria: 17
Constellation: Sun-Moon-Mars-Saturn-Uranus conjunction
Zodiac: Aries
Dean: Mars
Direction: South
Rate: 0-5
Material: 21.03.-25.03.
Emotional:, 09:01, 21:03, 03:06, 17:08 30.10.....
Intellectual: 00:00 to 00:19

The next 5 also have Aries as their Zodiac. The next 6 after that have Taurus. The next Gemini, etc. This is
the nature of the pattern and relationship that the signs of the Zodiac have with the SHemhaphorash
Angels of Jewish Mysticism.

Hebraic religions are most often seen as Monotheistic and they are. However, I would say that most
people have a distorted idea of what Monotheism entails. Its supposed to be the belief that there is
only one God, however, I would instead say that it can include a belief in multiple Gods but maintaining
devotion to only one of those many. I would also say this is exactly how early Hebrews thought and that
the Church that later developed in European countries is whats responsible for the current
interpretations and most of the current beliefs of Christianity.

Astrology, the Names of God, Planetary Deities, the Shemhamphorash Angels and all tied together.
Chapter 3 Modalities

Bringing Astrological Modality, Kabbalah, and Major Arcana Together

I looked over https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astrological_sign/ and saw the 3 Modalities and thought I

could correspond them to the 3 Pillars.
----------------------------
Thought on the above and conclude that if you exclude a card from the Major Arcana, then you can
divide the remaining into 3 equal groups of 7 cards each, which fits well to correspond to the 7 Classical
Planets. The Fool card seems the natural choice since it is traditionally thought to be separate from the
other cards or I have also read that it represents the Querent embodies all the possibilities within the
others.

So, what you seem to have with the Tarot Major Arcana is each of the 7 Classical Planets, each being
represented in a Cardinal, Mutable, and Fixed state. Also, the possibility that the 3 Pillar of the Kabbalah
are simply a pictorial representation of the 3 Modalities of Astrology.

3. XVI TowerAccomplishmentJupiter
4. XIII DevilSpiritualityVenus
5. XIII DeathKarmaSaturn
6. XII Hanged ManMoralitySun
7. XVIII MoonPsycheMoon
----------------------------
I started thinking on how I could translate the Astrological Modality + Planet correspondence work that I
did above into accurate corresponding matches to the Zodiac. I was going to try rearranging the info in
some way to where it would give 12 items to use within one group, my thought was Mutable, and the 2
sets of 5 for the other. That way all would be in neat order5+5+10 for the Sephiroth and then I would
have 12 for the Zodiac. But then I had the idea to just forget the above Planet correspondences and just
consider the Modality, which actually what the original intent anyhow now that I remember, but I got
the idea for matching the Planets and things got more complicated.

However, using the intuitive matches I already make and comparing that with what I get when
corresponding 4 signs to each Modality can be a starting point. After having that intent, I looked up the
common matches given for modality and decided to think on them to see how the pattern looked. I
quickly felt they were not really well matched and that I could probably do some intuitive matching for
that. I first looked for a pattern though as always.

Using QUAREIA_M1_L8, I looked up the phrases for each Zodiac Signi.e. Aries = I Am I looked at
them by Element, one Element at a time, and comparing the phrases on one Element at a time across
the 3 Modalitiesi.e. Aries=I Am Leo=I Will Sagittarius=I Aspire I also looked at a glanced at Air
and Earth especially in particular for the identifications that should be more clear such as already
reasoning that Libra=I Balance should be Mutable and ones such as Taurus=I Have seem safe to
identify as being Fixed. After looking closely, it seemed that the order/pattern of the appearance of
Modalities in the Zodiac were that all 4 successive/adjacent Elements from Fire to Water, at any
particular point within the Zodiac, were to be grouped together within a single Modality and that the
order of the Modalities from the 1st sign, which is Aries, was Fixed, Mutable, Cardinal.

https://static1.squarespace.com/static/539af6bee4b0cef061847e36/t/53bce3d2e4b00ad4e0bdf898/14
04888018749/QUAREIA_M1_L8_extended.pdf

This order also matches to how the pillars are laid out on the Tree of Lifestarting with Boaz, which
equated to Fixed Modality, then the Middle, and then + Jakin which is of Cardinal Modality.

After looking back at Metatrons Cube, the thought now is to add signs according to their Modality:

Boaz=Fixed
Aries; Taurus; Gemini; Cancer

Middle=Mutable
Leo; Virgo; Libra; Scorpio

+ Jakin=Cardinal
Sagittarius; Capricorn; Aquarius; Pisces

Now that I have figured out where each should generally go, which pillar, the question now is which
Fixed, Cardinal, and Mutable signs are to be pair with each other in set groups of 3 and exactly where in
the Tree/Cube they should be placed.

The first thought, and most obvious, is to pair them by Element. Then when I decide on an order of
Elements, that will form the final decision as to the exact sphere for each Zodiac Sign. The Traditional
order, for the Tree of Life, seems to be:
Fire
Water
Air
Earth

This seems just fine to think on it at first due to the motto of the first Fire Element Zodiac Sign, which is
Aries=I Am, which is reminiscent of Eheieh

Fixed Active/Passive Mutable Cardinal

Fire Aries I am Leo I will Sagittarius I aspire
Water Cancer I feel [Mars] () Scorpio I desire [Saturn] () Pisces I believe [Jupiter] ()
Air Gemini I think [Mercury] () Libra I balance [Moon] () Aquarius I know [Venus] ()
Earth Taurus I have Virgo I analyze Capricorn I use

I have to note that I have made changes to the above information since starting, so my final conclusions
as to what belongs where and why is different than whats stated.
----------------------------
I think its very important to make a distinction. In reference to how I have changed which signs appear
within which Modalities, my thought now is that how the signs are commonly taught to reside among
certain Modalities seems fundamentally wrong in the first place.

This seems to have become clear as a possibility only after having done so. It seems that Astrology is
about cycles. Cycles involve a flow of gradual and constant yet predictable change. The Modalities, such
as they are usually presented, are indeed predictable, but not at all constant or gradual. I had the idea
that things in Astrology such as the dates given for each of the Zodiac signs are the human way of
marking a milestone but should not at all lead the person to believe that the structures set up by
Astrology are the entirety of its reality.

They are a basis for understanding, a starting or anchoring point. Astrology, on its surface, is a
mechanism, yet it doesnt deal with a mechanism. It deals with and attempts to describe natural
processes. To equate those processes with the mechanical structure that is man made in order to
comprehend them is a very incorrect approach. Meaning that the distinctions that Astrology makes, in
the form of Zodiac Signs for example, actually occur gradually order a predictable period of time. In a
sense, one doesnt suddenly, truly, and fully become identifiable as Aries for having been born on
exactly on March 21, which is the first day for the sign.

The energy of Aries would be something that slowly and gradually starts to build up to take over the
energies of the previous sign, which is Pisces. I would say March 21 is simply the day when the energies
of Aries has slightly taken over the energies of Pisces by a small margin. In reality, the energies of both
signs are strongly present here and it should be another 7 days or so before the energies of Aries
become really dominate and 14 days or so before the energies completely take over. Similarly, to the
same philosophy as shown above, Modalities also shouldnt change suddenly, much less jump from one
to the next in a fixed and artificial pattern like the one commonly used.

This is why it makes more sense to me to have different signs have the same Modality back to back. And
one effect of viewing things in this way is that it gives the impression that Modality and the distribution
of the type of Modality at a given time can be the actual power behind the characteristics of each sign
and the names of the signs are simply separators that the human mind uses to highlight the distinctions.
I could take this a step further and question whether or not the Elements should be listed back to back
and therefore would maybe change it to something like below:

Earth
Aries
Taurus
Gemini

Water
Cancer
Leo
Virgo

Air
Libra
Scorpio
Sagittarius

Fire
Capricorn
Aquarius
Pisces

However, I will note that I havent yet felt that taking the above step is necessary. Right now, I would say
that the Modalities are broader cycles that each contain similar distinctions, or subcategories, in the
form of Zodiacal signs, with each appropriately associated with a particular Element. For example, Aries
is the Fixed Modalities expression which emulated the qualities of Fire. Cancer is the Fixed Modalities
expression which emulated the qualities of Water, and etc. through the other two elements and also
with the same repeated with the other Modalities.

Again, I have to note that I have made changes to the above information since starting, so my final
conclusions as to what belongs where and why is different than whats stated.

Part 3 - Tree of Life

Chapter 1 General Thoughts on the Tree of Life

Metatrons Cube and the Tree of Life

Looking now at some images, it seems the Tree of Life and Metatron Cube in particular could easily be
just rearrangements of each other.
My thought in particular that if you take Jacobs Ladder, which is an expansion upon the simple 10
Sephiroth version of The Tree of Life, then break it into parts, those parts can be arranged to form the
Metatron Cube. One thought that emerges from this is that the tree represents 4 worlds.

As seen above, they can be encompassed within spheres and just now the thought was that each of
these might be what the Metatron spheres are meant to represent (using either a few Sephiroth for
each sphere from the simple Tree of Life or by using an entire Tree taken from Jacobs Ladder), so
maybe each of the worlds can be represented in one way or another.
Concerning the Relationship Between Ain Soph Aur, Kether, and Malkuth

Kether the contrast of Yesod. Kether representing the 1, the most fundamental state of matter possible
as opposed to representing the immaterial source of all, its the fundamental material source

But to say this takes something awayfixes one problem and then creates another. There now needs to
be another source from which all else comes. For that, I look to Ain Soph Aur. Boundlessness and
Limitless Nothing seems the perfect polarity for substance, structure, and finite matter/energy. Like
when looking at Malkuth on the Tree of Life, you can see that Ain Soph Aur is set somewhat away from
the main body of the tree.

One only needs to mirror the 2 long lines that stretch down to Malkuth and put them on Chokmah and
Binah to stretch up above Kether and you will not only have the sphere of Ain Soph Aur, but also a
perfectly symmetrical Tree of Lifeand I feel that symmetry really is indicated as being a significant
thing being that Metatrons cube is full of sacred geometry that is symmetrical and, combined with the
appearance of fractals, this quality should extend to the entire Tree of Life.
I am also now thinking of Malkuth, and what I will, instead of continuing to call it separately by its
parts, will now call Divinity, are manifest in layers.

Malkuth can be seen to contain increasingly Dense layers and Divinity increasingly etheric.

My thought tends toward The Macrocosmic verses the Microcosmic.

With Malkuth representing Macrocosm to where manifestation can expanded upon to include more
and more increase in space and substance within until infinity (with universe, then multiverse, then
whatever infinity lays beyond that) and Divinity representing the Microcosm to where there is more and
more decrease in substance as one goes down to smaller and smaller levels of being until there is not
even the existence of space (with sub particle, the increments of space/time, and then finally the
nothing or space between spaces).

And actually, I think that Kether best represents the first part of Divinity, which is Ain, or Boundless
Light. This is the Point.

This is the number 1. This is the Fundamental part or principle. This is the smallest reducible constituent.
For the purposes of this interpreting the physical world, this is pure energy, that which all matter is
simply a condensation of. This is the primordial sub-particle as it exists as an individual entity. This is
truly the most reduced and fundamental item of Material.

My thought is that it is sort of half way between manifestation and nothingness. So, with that, one could
view Kether as being half Divine, and half Material. Its the real threshold between the manifest world
and the Divine. My thought is that this is where Mankind reaches a barrier within its ability to know.

It may be that Mankind, or any intelligence at all, can only know, perceive, conceive of half of this
mystery. Similar to when in the move Interstellar (2014), its shown that mankind can study a blackhole
from the outside, but cant go into one to know in the full nature of it. When you step down deeper than
that, only then do you cross over fully to Divinity where Man is not able to even half-way enter.

Man, given that life is only sustainable via material world processes, human life and consciousness, at
least as it is known and understood, has no real direct relationship or connection to this Divinity and
cannot conceive or participate in it. All manifestation is simply the result of this Divinity arranging itself
and giving itself form so that it can, as near it is possible for it, experience itselfbut my feeling is that it
falls shortjust like a person looking in the mirror in order to interact with themselves, they only get a
superficial, 2-dimensional, experience in the form of seeing the surface and cant fully engage their own
self.

Divinity can only truly know itself if it meets with an external counterpart, but Divinity, by Definition,
should not be able to do such a thing because Divinity is supposed to be absolutely uniqueor at least
thats what seems to be the case but one who cant even truly conceive of Divinity in the first place cant
truly be certain. The thing to note with the above ideas is that even in Divinity there ends up being a
primordial duality, which is, while Aur (Boundless Light) being equated with Kether, is the Ain Soph.

These items can also be said to emulate the trinity, which The Father and the Holy Spirit I would say
being the God and Goddess and can possibly be corresponding with Ain Soph and then with the Son
being corresponded with Kether. The only thing about this is that I view the God and Goddess being
represented in the Cubes. What is represented in Ain Soph is probably better stated as being + Divinity
(Ain) and Divinity (Ain). The interesting thing here is that, again, you get a Father + Mother relationship
with Ain, the Nothingness, being the receptive vessel within which Soph, Boundlessness, projects itself
into (no material means there is no injection of anything).

Nature and Mechanics of Manifestation

Divinity Projects Against the Vessel

Spirit Merges Within the Vessel
Material Injects Into the Vessel

Divinity, the Nothingness or Otherness on the other side of our vessel, in the other realitySpirit, the
meeting place or medium where Divinity and Material, and the two vessels of the two opposing
realities, are interlocked and connectedMaterial, where our reality is, in one-half a result of the
substantive effects of another.

Positive Pillar Divinity

Middle Pillar Spirit
Negative Pillar Material

The Vessel, the structure which holds the reality, is Ain, which is the thing that maybe can be said not so
much as being in the upper most part of this supposed hierarchy instead surround the Tree of Life.
The Ain is Nothingness.

In truth, there is no such thing as Nothingnessonly Otherness. Nothingness is just another type of
Somethingness that, relative to the observer, doesnt have a material effect within the reality structure
of the observerwho would otherwise be able to interact with and perceive it.

Understanding the Tree

What you see when looking at the Tree of Life is that the two polarities working in tandem with each
service to the same goal but covering different tasksand each task needs to be completed in order to
reach the goal.

On the Void

I tend to think either Kether or maybe even more likely Ain Soph Aur are what represent the Void. It
could be that the spirit, that which is said to be boundless and is of infinite power as I have read in
various places, are represent by Chokmah and Binahmaybe with one being the creative force while
the other is the destructiveor maybe one being the expressive for while the other contains and shapes
that expression.

The Vision of the Void exercise make this seem to be the case. First, you enter the Void, which is said to
be nothingness, just like with Ain. Then, you imagine yourself as boundless and spread across it through
infinity, it then becomes boundless space, like Ain Soph. I would now say Kether is the Ain Soph Aur, the
Boundless Light, and Im not sure what would set it into motion.
The Void is said to be the source of all. Spirits are said to be all powerful and boundless and desiring of a
way to express their power since in the world of the spirit the price paid for boundless power is that
there is no substance that power could possibly hold and therefore nothing through which that power
can find expression.

Bringing It Together in Summary

My intent ended up being to start with that which is most Earthly and substantive and then move to that
which is closest to Spiritwhich seems to actually end up being that which is the closest to Spirit that
Earthly manifestation is capable ofDivinity as it manifests within the Physical Realm, which makes the
Major Arcana seem to be an expression of Malkuth. In turn, you have

Trinity
3 Astrological Modalities
3 Pillars
3 Supernal Sephiroththe first Triad
2 Lesser Triads of Sephiroth, for a total of 3 Triads (have not explored this idea much yet)
7 Planets represented under each Modality/Supernal/within each Triads
Combination of Modalities and Planets representing Divinity in as expressed in Malkuth
Indication that the 7 Planets are the true intermediaries for Divinity
The understanding that the 7 Planets are all Deity/God Power

7 Paths for each Pillar

I currently think that the progression is in the same order as the traditional assignment of the Planets to
the days of the week. I came to this purely by accident through intuitively placing the items where I
thought they were most suitable. However, my thought is start with Mars as the first in the list.

Started looking at the paths again, with the above in mind, but I was looking also back at the Quareia
Tarot correspondences and using my previous idea of how they could fall onto the paths in order to
connect them. Was not successful at getting anything satisfactory, so I stopped after a while. I then
looked again strictly with the idea of matching 7 paths to 7 Planets for each Pillar and found that I was
able to do so.

I am currently thinking of the Tree of Life as really consisting mainly of 2 entitiesKether and Malkuth.
Each sphere generates a forceKether + and Malkuth - The spheres in between them represent the
effects of those forces with the Pillar of Jakin representing the + force and the Pillar of Boaz the
Projected down the Middle is the intended manifestation. In this way, Kether and Malkuth and the
forces that emanate from them form a sphere of creation.

Chapter 2 Jacobs Ladder

Thinking About Jacobs Ladder

Looking at the image below, the thing that most interests me is the way the worlds are shown to
connect in an emergent way, which a full Tree of Life for each. For example, for the world of Assiah at
the bottom, its shown that the Tiphareth of Assiah is equivalent to the Malkuth of Yetzirah. Tiphareth
being the center of balance of the Tree of Life, this is a significant statement that I have not encountered
except maybe in one other place so far and I dont recall where and not really sure if I was actually the
one who made a statement on that here in my notes.

I also find it interesting that within each of the 4 worlds, there are 3 realmsPhysical, Astral, Spiritual is
what I term them for now. The Divine is intangible to the realm and is represented by Kether, which
ends up being the center of the next world and therefore is its Tiphareth.

So, the Kether of Assiah is the Tiphareth of Yetzirah. Daat is similar accept that it, being lower on the
tree, ends up representing the Yesod of the next realm. The Tiphareth of the lower realm comes to
represent the Malkuth of the next.
----------------------------
Reading the card description of Hidden Knowledge from the Quareia deck, after drawing the conclusion
that it represents the sphere of Daat, confirms that Metatrons Cube, and also Flower of Life, is a
reference to Daat (not to mention confirming the connection of those two concepts to each other). I
had been entertaining the possibility that it was Tiphareth.

However, its worth noting that if you look at Jacobs Ladder you will see that the Daat of any lesser
world is the Yesod of the one above it. In the case of Assiah and Yetzirah, I take this as saying that,
proceeding from higher to lower, the true quality and of nature Yesod, as its name implies, might not be
to act as a separate entity in and of itself but instead is just an illustration that acts as representative of
the combination of the other spheres above it and, instead of viewing it as completely a part of the
World Tree where it is illustrated, its best to view it as mainly being the Structure of Knowledge for the
World Tree below it.

I think that its mainly the qualities within Spheres 2, 3, 4, and 5 (these total of 4) that connect and in
their interaction, form the World below it. I think that the above 4 are what act as the Elements that
combine to form Malkuth and also that Malkuth could be better viewed less as a Spheritic sphere and
more as representing the manifestation of the World that below itgiving a similar picture to Jacobs
Ladder. So, the Malkuth of Yetzirah would become the entirety of Assiah. This seems supported by the
fact that when looking at Jacobs Ladder you see that the Malkuth of Yetzirah is found in the exact
center of Assiah and its also worth noting that this center is Tiphareth.

So, in summary, for an example, starting in Yetzirah, the Anatomy of 4 comes into play with spheres 2, 3,
4 and 5 to act as the Foundation or Structure of Knowledge for Assiah and in its materialization into the
upper Malkuth serves as the point of perfection and balance, the lower Tiphareth within the world of
Assiahbasically, the Anatomy of 4 within Yetzirah is synonymous with Assiah, but within its perfected
form.

I notice that it seems like Kether is the 1, or the Source. Chokmah and Binah are the 2, and seem to
represent Duality. I would then say Geburah, Chesed, Hod and Netzach are the 4, what I might would
call the Anatomy of Interaction. This makes for 3 groups of consideration. I would say that each
subsequent group is embodied in the proceeding group. The 1 doesnt disappear, its at the core of the
being of the 2. The 2 dont get discarded, they form the basis for the structure of action/interaction.

the Structure of Knowledge of the World of Manifestation (which I tend to, rightly or wrongly, strongly
associate with the qualities of the Element Air) acts as the Foundational substance for the World of
Formation.

Traversing Worlds, Changing Spheres

Also wanted to note that similar to how the Malkuth of the higher world becomes the Tiphareth of the
Lower world, the Kether of the lower world becomes the Tiphareth of the higher world. I think this acts
with identical mechanics as Malkuth becoming Tiphareth, just in the reverse direction. My thought on
Tiphareth is maybe it best represents a perfect proportion of qualities that are readily available for
manifestation. Kether, on the other hand, is pure intention and is what comes before any manifestable
qualities are yet defined.

The Gradient of Merged Worlds

Also, worth noting is that the worlds dont have a rigidly distinct separation that says one world ends
here and the other begins here in juxtaposition to it. The worlds flow into one another. The lower part
of Yetzirah represents the upper part of Assiahor you could say they are indistinguishably intermerged
within their respective lower and upper sections. Whats more is that Tiphareth is a common point for
all the 3 lower worldsAssiah, Yetzirah, and Briah.

Atziluth is not included however, with the lowest part of it reaching down to include Daat and reach up
into the next world to however still include the Tiphareth of the next worldso, essentially, a Tiphareth
of one world or another is always included. It could therefore be said that Tiphareth is a merger of all 3
lower worlds, and it is clearly illustrated that the upper portions of any lower world are synonymous
with the lower part of the world above it.

Would also like to note that the Daat of Yetzirah/Yesod of Briahalso known as the Briah aspect of
Yetzirah/Assiah aspect of Briahis a mid-point where Yetzirah and Briah are merge, and these two
worlds are the two that are at the center of the whole structure.

Also want to note how you have the Tiphareth of Assiah as expression formed by the Yesod of Yetzirah,
which in turn whos structure had been informed by its own Tiphareth, which is the end manifestation
coming from Briah.

4 Worlds, 4 Malkuths, 4 Levels of Manifestation

Thinking back on the Tree of Life and Jacobs Ladder, I thought about and wanted to note how it seems
that the Worlds are self-replicating and how the process can be compared to how creation works in the
mundane. Tiphareth being the I or the individual, with this being the Kether of the next world,

and it is also worth noting that the Netzach, the emotive or the internal working which seek external
expression, become the Chokmah while the Hod, the intellect and reasoning and logic and the factual,
become the Binah with gives basic form and structure to the impulse that is propelled forth from the
Kether via Chokmah,

And what is even more interesting concerning this dynamic of the upper Netzach and Hod is that it,
being the Chokmah and Binah of the lower, is regulated by the lower Chesed and Geburah. This could
explain what Josephine McCarthy refers to as the need for Netzach to be restrained (which it indirectly
would be in this instance by Geburah one step down and to the left), and for Hod to be expressed but
without an Unravelling (which is a danger being that Chesed influences it indirectly with its energy
coming one step down from the right),

And after Netzach + Hod of the upper, Yesod deals with the imaginative or just say their perception
(which is actually a type of active imagination or an applied imaginative process of processing and
categorizing information that comes through the physical senses), this being the Foundation of
Knowledge for the next worldwhich is what provides it with its structure,

And through the Yesod there comes the new manifestation which is the Malkuth, and which is again the
Tiphareth of the next world and consists of that with is the I so that the process continues (at least it
does so when you are dealing with something that itself can go onto create, such as in the process of
imparting information, emotion, or modes of action or modes of being onto another human being).

General Considerations of the Ladder and the Tree

I had the idea, or saw the connection, that looking at Jacobs Ladder shows the Tree of Life pattern as a
process that repeats itself, starting within the Divine Realm, or World, of Atziluth, where it is first
initiated, and then moving to the Archangelic Realm of Briah, to the Celestial and Lower Angelic of
Yetzirah, and then finally moving through the Physical World of Manifestation and Action where it plays
out in the form of causes and effects and events. It might be more accurate to say that instead of
trickling down a sphere or a level at a time, that effects move through the worlds like reactions do
within a mechanism that is made up of gears and motorsall at the same timemaking the physical
plane like a clock-work machine and bodies and physical matter houses, vehicles, or tools for spirit.
----------------------------
I had thought of upper divinity being the thing responsible for actively creating and affecting the
everyday world via the willed intent of Star Father or what could be called Kether, but if that instead
was the being that surrounded the universe of the physical realm, then its influence, it seemed to me,
would be much more of a passive one whereby it, like a Mother of creation, provided the womb of
sorts and the ground rules for the function within the physical plane, but didnt actively participate in
those activities. Looking at it this way, its possible to say that within the Tree of Life, that demonic is
already represented without the Qliphothmaybe in the pillars.

It seems that Kether could be used to represent be microcosmic high density. But the main thing that I
wanted to record here was not a consideration for the position of this Divinity in space, but also its place
within time. The thought being that the Void is the source from which all flows, so, the Void is
synonymous with Kether. I think the Abyss was said by Josephine McCarthy in The Exorcist Handbook to
be consisting of all thingsthe world of Divinity, the Archangelic, the Physical realm, the Underworld
and Demonic. She breaks them into parts on page 116. I think that maybe it can be more specifically
broken up into Divinity, Angelic, Underworld, and again Divinity (with Humanity and the Material world
on the cusp between Angelic and Underworld).

At any rate, the main idea was Kether = Void = the Eternal Present Moment where there is really
nothing but Void since Present doesnt truly exist but is instead an illusion while the Future is constantly
emerging and the Past constantly dissolving. Looking at it as the microcosm seems confirmed because it
can be said that Kether is the Point that is having position but no magnitudeand here you can also say
that it is also located at no time specifically.

I want to note also that Upper, Lower, Desert, of the Abyss seem to correspond with Jacobs Ladder
whereby a full tree of life can be assigned to each, but they are connected. So the Jacobs Ladder could
be an illustration of the Abyss as a whole.
----------------------------
I also thought how Jacobs Ladder could relate to the above, but mainly got the idea that the Planets
could all be associated with one of the Trees/Worlds and above it all the signs of the Zodiac. But
knowing there are 12 signs and only 11 Sephiroth, even counting Daat. I would say that the solution
could be adding 2 spheres near Malkuth, like mentioned in a previous note when trying to solve the
problem of creating a Sandalphons Cube, to create a 4th Triad would solve the issue.

Chapter 3 Tree Sephiroth

Another Word About Malkuth

As stated before, my recent thinking has been that Malkuth shouldnt be thought of as the opposite of
Kether, but instead Yesod could be the polarity of Kether, going by the shape of the Tree of Life and
assuming that it should be looked at symmetrically.

Additionally, Malkuth could be better compared with Ain Soph Aur, of which you break down into 3
partsjust like, according to what I have learned, one can break down Malkuth into separate
Elementsi.e. it is a combination of the Elements.
And, there is the thought that the Element Earth is not distinct and separate in and of itself but instead
is a combination of other Elements.

Seeing as how looking at the Tree of Life and Jacobs Ladder, and also the Cubes that things tend to
merge and combine to differing degrees in different places and both the content and distribution of
substances is what determines how you are to identify one entity/item from the next.
----------------------------
Inter-Spherical Relations

Seeing there are 5 spheres across in any give direction, I am thinking to associate each sphere with a
Middle Pillar SephirothKether (on one end), Daath, Tiphareth (in the center), Yesod, and Malkuth (on
the other end).

One could also count the other spheres nearby as being a part of the pattern to make a whole tree, but
this would total 9 and leave 2 Sephiroth unaccounted for if including Daath and therefore concluding
that there are 11 to be found (although people have said that Daath is not to be includedalthough if
so then whats the point of it being there in the first place).

My thought is to exclude Briah and Chokmah, but I also tend to wonder why Briah in particular wouldnt
be included. My thought is that the Anatomy of 4 is also visible with this arrangement with Kether being
++ and Malkuth and in the middle ground, although notably not at the very center, is Daath as -+ and
Yesod as +- . This shows the polarity between Kether/Malkuth and Daath/Yesodwith each pair being a
different form of the other.

At least this is supposedly a possible interpretationwith Tiphareth being at the perfect balance at the
center, which is exactly how I have seen Tiphareth described, most notably by Josephine McCarthys
Quareia deck which has the card Pure Balance VI, which is a card I have plenty reason to believe is
representative of Tiphareth.

At any rate, as Im sure I mentioned before, my inclination is to rearrange the Tree of Life, because I
dont believe the Sephiroth are in their proper place. Looking at the candle image above in the middle,
my thought is to rearrange whats around Kether by placing, from center to end, Chokmah, Geburah,
and then maybe Hod on the right side and then, again, from center to end, maybe Chesed, Netzach, and
then Binahwith the logic now being that since Chokmah on the right is a strong positive energy and is
the physical manifestation that is most like Kether and Briah on the left is the physical manifestation
that is least like Kether that they would not be close or in symmetrical order.

But whats mainly noticeable is that Geburah is traditionally on the right side of the tree, and, in fact, the
left side is supposed to represent the + forces, which I find to be counter intuitive. So, I change the +
forces to being on the right and then switch out Chesed and Netzach for Geburah and Hod.
----------------------------
Divinity should consist of no distinction and no duality, so saying that divinity is on each end of the
spiritual hierarchy of Angel, Man, and Demon is to say that the Divine is a sphere that surrounds them
allnot something that lays linearly at the top and never has known contact with the bottom.

Understanding the Spheres

I had the thought that one shouldnt focus on the spheres of the Tree of Life. I think I have been far too
caught up in the illustration and subconsciously confusing it for the truer nature of the Tree of Life. As
mentioned by Josephine McCarthy, the common illustration shouldnt be taken as the actuality. What is
more important than the illustration, with its shapes, paths, and particular ordering and the spheres is
the actual content within the spheres as I would say.

This idea came to me when looking at an image of the Goetic evocation circle, the outer ring, where the
Archangels and several things that correspond to them are listed also, including Planets. So, for each
sphere, instead of simply thinking about the name of the sphere and the meaning of that word, one
should look to the Archangel, their Choir, the Planet, and the other info and put that all together in
order to get a fuller understanding of what that sphere is and does.

How the Spheres Interact

I noticed that the place where Briah and Yetzirah overlap, where I had identified as a place where two
worlds become one and indistinguishable, I realized that this actually can be seen as happening in stages
instead of simply considering the entire overlap as being an area where the overlap and merger is evenly
distributedmeaning the merging of the worlds is more gradual and within this merger there is a center
point where it only then does become a balanced distribution. In fact, this is where the two polarities of
Geburah and Chesed are found facing and interacting with each other.

I also now realized how, as can be seen in the description, that Geburah and Chesed, as polarities,
should not be seen as in conflict with one another, but, instead, working on polar opposite tasks that
perpetuate the same end goalwhich is to bring the Divine spark into manifestation. Chesed begin only
concerned with bringing it into manifestation by pushing it forward down an available path, and
Geburah begin only concerned with where its manifestation should be withheld/restricted by closing off
the paths that should not be available to it.

Ive also come to the idea that the Interaction of Geburah and Chesed indicate that nothing is ever really
withheld. Imprisoner is something of a misleading notion. It appears that the Divine spark, the creative
energy, is bound and restricted by the internal workings of creationas if, in the simplest and most
inaccurate interpretation, that the singular path of its formation is blocked and it simply stops there; and
in a more insightful yet still inaccurate interpretation, that many possible paths are blocked off and cant
be entered due to the influence of Geburah and so the impulse of creation (mainly Chesed) propels it
down one of the paths that remains open. However, my thought now is that there is no closing of any
path with regard to the internal workings of creationin fact, on the most fundamental level, all paths
remain open possibilities. Its easy to look at the process and think of it as being isolated, as if there
arent other Divine sparks and other intentions at play.

However, this isnt the case. There are others and this maybe creates a competition within the process
of manifestation. The blocking of a path comes from the external influence of other creative intentions
that are also seeking manifestation. This is the friction that moves the process of life and makes
communication and interaction/interplay happen.

So, this is the thing that provides a blockage for formation, and also this, since things are always on the
move, even if very slowly, is only a temporary block. Geburah only slows the impulse because the Divine
impulse is something that cannot be stopped or blocked completelyit must, one way or another, find
expression and must always be working toward the manifestation of an expression. However, if there is
a particular path that is closed due to external interference and Geburah is able to slow the Divine spark
until that external influence has been removed, then the creative potential can then proceed.

Characteristics of Spheres and Planets

I looked at QUAREIA_M1_L8, which deals with Astrology, and stumbled upon a description of Jupiter,
which, in being reminded of my recent thoughts and experiences with the Kabbalah and its spheres,
lead me to associate it with Chesed, and also the Quareia card called Light Bearer. I started comparing
the description with these other two entities to see how they matched up. I was able to reason how the
expansiveness, the generosity, and good-fortune and benevolence associated with Jupiter matched well
with the qualities of kindness, mercy, and lovingness associated with Chesed and also that the impulse
toward Divine, creative manifestation signified in the Light Bearer also fit well.

Jupiter, Chesed, and the Light Bearer were very easy to reason through. I then turned my attention to
Mars and had a little trouble reconciling it with Geburah and Imprisoner. However, after a little thought,
I came to the idea that my idea about the powers of Mars in Astrology might have been wrong from the
beginning.

In common Astrology, Mars is said to be associated with action, aggressiveness, combativeness, etc. This
makes for a picture where one thinks of Mars as being the thing that in and of itself initiates the energy
that compels external action. However, looking at the post that I did earlier today, the idea is illustrated
that Geburah is responsible for self-restriction and this is reflected in the description of Imprisoner, and
that conflict is an after effect that comes from external sources, not the true internal effect that the
sphere of Geburah directly generates.

Thinking of Mars in this way could be totally wrong, but doing so lead me to again consider Geburah and
I had when looking at Hod I had some more insight into the nature of the Pillar of Severity. I have long
been unable to see how one could match Binah, Geburah, and Hod. I have for a while now associated
Binah with Saturn and Saturn with the foundational source of structureand with the Female energy
that receives energy but then molds its shape.
I have had a tendency to associate Binah with the Element of Water, due to what I believe its
relationship with Chokmah to be (Chokmah the ejaculated seeds of creation and Binah being the womb
into with they are injected and will later be shaped and given form) but would generally place it with the
Element Earth as the closest correspondence. Then, my thoughts on Geburah had been with the
aggressive and active view of Mars. Now, however, I think that I place much too much weight on the
common descriptions given in Astrology and should have been looking at the Spheres without thought
to planets.

Looking at it this way and while seeing Geburah as being a force of restriction, then it is easy to match it
with Binah. And, my thoughts now were that Binah is a structuring and shaping force on the more
fundamental level and takes into account the nature of all things that will be within the general area of
concern, Geburah is a more localized type of structuring and restriction that concerns itself with the
Individual and its interaction with other entities, Hod is the internal working of the individual operating
within themselves.

Thinking in this way has allowed me to see the possible correlation between the spheres of the Pillar of
Severity for the first time. Before, looking at Chokmah and Chesed, it was easy for me to understand
how Chesed was simply a lower expression of the creative energy that originates in Chokmah. It wasnt
difficult to reason Netzach into the picture.

Binah = The Environment

Geburah = The Activities
Hod = The Individual

Binah = Macrocosmic
Geburah = Cosmic/Manifest
Hod = Microcosmic

Binah = The Exterior

Geburah = The Surface
Hod = The Internal

Sephiroth of the 4 Worlds and Magic

As suggested through the ideas and practices of the Pentagram Rituals by Josephine McCarthy, and also
as indicated in the Tree of Life, Elements and Directions are used in the act of creation and
manifestation and the magician mainly has direct influence on two of the 4 Elements, which are
Air/Yetzirah and Water/Briah. Fire/Atziluth and Earth/Assiah are opposite of each other on the tree and
also share in that they are not directly workable aspect with regard to magick.

The Pillar of Mercy seems to always deal with an opportunity and impulse. The Pillar of Severity seems
to always deal with control and structure. Combining the two creates the Middle Pillar, which, for lack of
a better word, is balance.

I think that spirits work in Briah (Chokmah and Binah) while the magician works in Yetzirah (Chesed and
Geburah; Tiphareth; Netzach and Hod; Yesod)both through the will of Divinity in Kether in order to
create manifestation in Malkuth. This idea is partly backed up or made evident by the fact that the
Pentagram Rituals and meditations in Quareia put focus on working with the inner flame of the body,
which, after seeing an interesting illustration of the Hebrew letters, I have found to represent the letter
Vau in the God Name Yah-Heh-Vau-Heh (YHVH), which letter in turn is representative of Yetzirah and its
corresponding spheres on the Tree of Life.

I also noticed, in the above, Father Mother Son and Bride. Father is above, in the Overworld, and is the
Celestial GodDivinity Personified in the Male formChokmah. The Mother is below, in the
Underworld, and is the Earth GoddessDivinity Personified in the Female formBinah. I would say the
Son is Man, a result of the Union between the God and Goddess. The Bride is more difficult to define,
but I would think it very likely to be representative of Mans creativity. The world, the society, the
Kingdom of God.

Although somewhat random to this topic, there is one thing I wanted to note about the Underworld. I
thought this before, but not sure if I remembered to recorded it. And that is the Underworld is the
foundation upon which the Land, or current World, is built. The main body of it is in the Past and buried,
but, like with human ancestors, who too by the way reside in the Underworld, the womb of the Earth.
Only the outer dressing changes and what was fundamental to that world is deeply imbedded within the
world todaythe skeletal structure.

Also, what was most prominent on the surface of that world becomes the thing that becomes a part of
the main body of the Land todaythe flesh. What is new and the innovations and new creations
(which are actually variations/reiterations of the oldI would think most often coming from the deep
Underworld skeleton and being combined with flesh of the upper portion of the Underworld) become
the surface skin and the most superficial aspect of the structurealbeit just as vital to full function as
the rest of it. I think the Father is the DNA or you could say the very fundamentals of the current
structure come directly from that World.
Blood of the Father and far Future, Womb of the Mother and distant Past, Flesh of the Son and what

in the South (the unborn Child), the Ancestors in the Past (the spirit Elders).

Those who suppress Emotion of Netzach for the sake of Intellect Hod do the service of making the
imbalance. The less apparent purpose being that Hod is to give Netzach proper shape and mold it to
navigate the environment of its expression. Netzach the raw energy of the mind and Hod the defining
force. Similarly, Geburah works with Chesed, but in dealing with action rather than in

The Sephiroth and Metatrons Cube

I also have already made some notes about Daat seemingly being the central part of Metatrons cube,
also known as the Chariot of God (which leads me back to the recent reading just done very early this
morning). My idea has been that Metatrons Cube should also be placed on the Tree of Life to make it
more completeand in fact that it actually is intended to represent a part of the Tree of Life, only that
its not ever displayed as such.

Also, I have, for a while now, wondered about the spheres and felt that they, just like the Sephiroth,
must represent something or another as opposed to just being there for display. Just now, while reading
how Protector of Souls and Weaver of Creation lay opposite of one another (which made me think of
how the Sephiroth such as Chokmah and Binah or Chesed and Geburah sit opposite and are seen as
polarities) had the idea to see if these beings and places could be placed and arranged in Metatrons
Cube so that the idea of them belonging there would work. I want to note also that I have, in the past,
while looking at Metatrons Cube, thought of how it seems to look like a miniature version of the Tree of
Life.

More into the Spheres and Metatrons Cube

At any rate, my idea had been that the outer ring of spheres are part of the commonly known spheres in
the Tree of Life (Kether on the top, Tiphareth on the bottom, Binah and Geburah on the left, and
Chokmah and Chesed on the right), but the inward ring were what was unknown, aside from the middle
sphere which I at first had though was Tiphareth but later concluded must be Daat, which is one level
up. But, given what I am seeing now, I still wonder if one could also create a Cube for Tiphareth as well
which would serve as a polarity for Metatrons Cubemaybe instead of being the Chariot that takes
Man to the Divine, it would be the vehicle for taking the Divine to Man.

I counted that there would need to be 7 beings/places total. I originally saw six and thought that I would
not be able to complete the naming of the spheres of the cube, but then recalled that just like with
Protector of Souls and Weaver of Creation, Archon & Aion are said to sit opposite of one another. Even
though this is one card, it can certainly be counted as two beings. I also much note that there are 7
spheres here and that I think they should therefore be corresponded to the 7 planets. At any rate, the
beings seem to fit in well enough.

Looking at Metatrons Cube on the Right, and the inner-ring of spheres, I would say that the Archon and
the Aion are, respectively, the upper left and upper right spheres that appear on the diagonal sides and
adjacent to the central sphere. Similarly, Protector of Souls and Weaver of Creation are on the lower
sides. The central sphere would be Hidden Knowledge, also known as Daat.

My guess is that Abyss is at the bottom and Keeper of the Abyss is at the top. This finally covers all the
inner spheres. I would like to research more about these beings thoughespecially Protector of Souls
and Weaver of Creation. Josephine McCarthy states that she didnt use the actual names of the beings. I
would like to know the names and how, or even if, they really relate to Kabbalah. Im sure these are not
made up beings, but I cant be certain that they were really intended to be part of the Kabbalah and
Tree of Life or not.
----------------------------
The amount and result of the influence each sphere exerts in relation to and comparison with its polar
opposite will determine the final outcome of manifestation.

Binah Chokmah
Geburah Chesed
Hod Netzach

Again, the two polarities work in tandem to bring about what happens in the center. As I have read
recently, the Middle Pillar is the actual path of manifestation for the divine sparkit doesnt zig-zag
from side to side toward the bottom. It is influenced by the two outer pillars and that is the entire job of
the outer pillarsto exert what influence it is in their nature to offer.

Chapter 4 Quareia

About Tiphareth and Balance

I realize now that Tiphareth, being said to be a manifestation of all the surrounding Sephiroth and also
being represented by the Quareia card Pure Balance, suggesting that it is also a point or expression of
equilibrium for them, I now realize that the definition below refers both to the qualities of the
surrounding Sephiroth. I would say Creation = Chokmah; Destruction = Binah; Manifestation = Chesed;
Limitation = Geburah.

VI Pure Balance Creation & Destruction/Manifestation & Limitation

One other thing to note is that I have on multiple occasions wanted to change the Tree of Life, to
reorder the Sephiroth because some things didnt make sense to me. For example, Binah being on the +
side, part of The Pillar of Severity, but with Binah being corresponded with Saturn, which I tend to take
as corresponding with the Earth Element and therefore being more on the end of the spectrum. I also
found it strange that Chesed, associated with Jupiter, would be on the side, The Pillar of Mercy, when
Jupiter is so often said to be about expansion, which I would usually view as a + force.

However, my thought now is that my thinking relied too much of the traditional Astrological
interpretations of the Planets, because that is what I was originally familiar with, and I thought of the
Sephiroth as being synonymous with these meaning instead of using those meanings as a guideline to
get insight into how those interpretations correspond to the entirely separate identities that should be
given to the Sephiroth. I now look at the meaning of the Hebrew word that names each Sephiroth in
order to get a better idea of its truly intended meaning.

The Nature and Interaction of Hod and Netzach

I think the Unraveller card best represents this but where Netzach/The Grindstone and Hod/Unraveller
represents mental, internal or emotional impulse and need to control it. I have had trouble with
understanding each of these cards in the past and can now see why.

My thought is that they are both misleading. Netzach represents emotion, instinct, impulse, while the
card Grindstone, instead of expressing the basic power of the sphere, refers to what must actually be
done to by Hod in order to counteract its energiesso it is, in fact, a card that is more representative of
the positive qualities of Hod more so than of Netzach.

Unraveller, which represents training, method, personal discipline and restriction, can also become too
restrictive to where there is a large buildup of emotion and impulse and instinct (which can be then
defined as the unchecked and overabundance of magical substance) needs to be releasedi.e.
unraveled (such as the expression that a person is wrapped too tight).

So Unraveller actually refers to the work of Netzach in counteracting the negative qualities of Hod (the
negative quality being no more than an overabundance of Hod and an underabundance of Netzachso
now it becomes more clear how the Tree of Life, with its positive and negative sides, becomes a tool and
indicator of balance and flow of energy). I must note that I also pulled Unraveller in a recent reading as a
suggestion of what to do.
----------------------------
In the consideration of the interaction between Hod and Netzach when you get an overabundance of
influence from the sphere of Hod so that Netzach doesnt express itself properly and the Unraveller
effect occurs which serves to make the natural and beneficial effect of Netzach seem as if it were a
fundamentally destructive quality.

Chapter 5 Supernals

Brief Thought On the Supernals

My thoughts on Limiter: East/Air and the Magickal Sword is now that its not simply the limitation of
power. It seems possible that the Void is the spirit world itself. After reading on page 36 in The Complete
Golden Dawn

the Supemals are, to all intents and purposes, what is commonly thought of as God.
In the Tibetan Buddhist system, an analogous concept is Suntaya, the Void.

Part 4 - Tarot

Chapter 1 Major Arcana

Discovery About Temperance

Its often said that XIV Temperance of the Tarot Major Arcana is supposed to be representative of
Tiphareth. However, when looking closely at a magnified image of the card, I saw Hebrew writing across
the chest of the angel. Its in plain sight. Dont recall if I noticed this before, but I paid attention then and
looked at my recordings of Hebrew words to see if the letters might spell out a planet, but found that it
spelled out a Sephirah, Hod (). Heh Vah Daleth

In no place do I see the card Temperance being spoken about as corresponding to Hod. This is yet
another reason why I believe that the commonly accepted information given can be thrown out and that
a person should do his own thinking and study to conclude for himself what corresponds to whator
otherwise be misled.
Chapter 2 Suits

A Little About the Tarot Suits

This is mostly just correspondences, but should help give some fine tuning as to how the suits should be
regarded when dealing with magic.

Part 5 - Metatrons Cube

Chapter 1 General Idea of Metatrons Cube

Humanity In the Cube

Was reading QUAREIA_M2_L6 yesterday. Josephine McCarthy talked about the Metatrons Cube on the
bottom of page 6:

So it is with learning magical patterns as an apprentice. First the patterns

are drilled into you. Some are easier to understand than others, but
slowly, through rote learning, you instill those patterns deep in your consciousness.
Later, as you move on to advanced magic, those patterns reemerge
as tools, calculators, keys, references and maps that you have instant
and deep access to. First your hand learns them. Then your body learns
them. Then your memory holds them and waits with them until you cross
paths with an angelic being, an inner contact, an inner realm or a flow of
power that is directly related to a pattern (or rather the pattern related to
them).

Suddenly the pattern re-emerges into your consciousness and you finally
make sense of it as you find yourself standing in the centre of the
power that the pattern is a map for. By having the map in your head, you understand
your terrain better and know what to do, where to go, and can spot
the door that you hold the key to. And this is how the Metatron Cube works.
It is a sigil and map of a particular flow of power in a particular inner realm,
and when you come to work as an adept in that place, knowing the pattern
of the Metatron Cube will help you to understand and interact with the
forces you will stand before.

I thought of the above when I looked at the image below:

Josephine McCarthy mentions before that Metatrons Cube indicates how Humanity is manifested into
the world. The being mentioned above could be a reference to the human being. My though is this could
be taken a step further to have a Male and Female image, inverted to one another, with the heads of
each at one of the triangle points of the Hexagram that can be seen above within the pattern. The Male
above already has his head at that point on the triangle of Fire.

The Female could be shown to have her head lay on the triangle point for Water. In this case, their sex
organs would meet in the center. This would be Hidden Knowledge, or Daat. This would be an
indication of the union between Male and Female in order to form the manifest Deific image of God as it
is embodied within Mankind. This symbolizes Mankinds creative power, the power to create lifeMan
and Woman joined into one entity, not two masses orbiting one another, is a symbolic reenactment of
not God or Goddess, but the combination of the twowhich is Divinity itself.

Again, I find it interesting to find the new way of looking at Daat here. First, looking at the top two pairs
of the inner ring of spheres, where combined with the bottom two pairs it forms a sort of square by the
way, you can say that the Archon and Aion are the 2 polarities that reside in Man or the God. The
bottom two, currently known to me as Protector of Souls and Weaver of Creation, can be seen as the
two polarities that reside in Woman.

Together, they make the 4. At the very top of the inner ring, you also have the Male principle of Keeper
of the Abyss (Metatron) for the Male or God and then, at the bottom, you have the Female and Goddess
compliment, which would be Abyss. This is an interesting thought given how Josephine McCarthy has so
often described the Abyss as the place where souls, after death, eventually go to in order to leap and fall
in and be reborn. Not to mention how much she talks about exploring the Abyss. I wonder now if she
means within life while in vision or is it after death.
Looking at Daat, it can be seen as the Archangelic structure and threads that Josephine McCarthy
mentionsthe reproductive system in general really. I would say that the Weaver of Creation where she
mentions the threads could be corresponded to human DNA.

You can also say that the 4 within the Male and Female correspond to the idea that the square, the 4-
cornered shape, represents the completion of manifestation into the physical world.

Meaning Behind Metatron

I have been thinking of the word Meta these last few days and what it means. Largely because of how
Frater Akenu refers to it when referencing information provided by Frater U.D. I finally looked it up and
came to my own clear definition of what it means.

Meta is a reference to a particular subject or event. However, instead of referring to it as a fixed entity it
also refers to it in degrees, levels, or its condition in various states of change over time. In this way, the
various parts of a subject or emanations of an event are acknowledged.

Understanding of the Cube

I had allowed myself to think more on how Planets could be included on the Metatrons Cube, and have
now had the idea to go ahead and add planets to table that lists Modalities. I should note that Sol is not
included as I identified it as the central sphere of Metatrons Cube and didnt associate any Astrological
Sign with it since there are 13 sphere but only 12 Zodiac signs and the single center sphere would make
a logical conclusion to exclude for the attributing of a sign and also Sol would be the logical exclusion for
the designation of a Planet since placing it there sits it in the center of the other Planets.

Typing the word Metatrons Cube above made me think of the definition I just made for the word
Meta and then I started to think about how that definition could apply to that word.

I have recently made record of the idea about Tree of Life being a rearranged and incomplete version of
Metatrons Cube, or you could say they are essentially made of the same things, but the Tree of Life is a
more primordial version. I think that if you consider my recent idea and think about the word Meta
then the word seems to indicate an acknowledgement for different levels or/ instances of condition
within a specific range of time. This seems to be a good description for the Tree of Life. This gives yet
further evidence for the idea that the Tree of Life and Metatrons Cube are the same.

Metatron is a word that I was surprised to hear when starting out learning about occult practices and
have always thought of as having a Futuristic and Technological tone. I feel that the same is true for
other words as well.

Metatron
Tetragrammaton YHVH
Anaphaxeton Arch Angel Anaphiel
Primeumaton Arch Angel Michael (Maybe Metatron)

I associate Tetragrammaton with YHVH (), which, as seen in previous notes, whos Hebrew alphabet
letters can be used to signify the Inner Flame or Divine Spark within Man. The prefix Tetra (4) can
therefore refer to the Head, the Body, Divine Spark, and Leg/Feet of Man. The Head is the Mind and also
can be the point of connection with the Divine, the Body hold the life, the Divine Spark is the Life of a
human being, the Legs/Feet are the mobility of the structure, which I assume is the Grammaton.

I want to note that Tron is a movie made in 1982 which depicts a person who enters a computer created
virtual world and tries to escape. This seems reminiscent of Gnostic thoughts I have heard of saying that
Earth, and I supposed what is really referred to is the Material World in general, is a prison and Mankind
held there by angelic forces who are ruled by the Demiurge (also want to note the use of what could be
considered the prefix Demi, which seems to mean Partial or Half-Sizedmy current thought that this
is referring to the Masculine Deity while excluding the Feminine Deity, which indeed would complete
the Deity concept and act as a representation of Divinity if not represent Divinity).
----------------------------
Given their connection with one another, seemingly as being two versions of the same entity but
possibly in different modes of manifestation, I have a fairly good idea as to what the Tree of Life and
Metatrons Cube are meant to represent. I still, however, wonder about the Paths/Lines. In the Tree of
Life, they are Paths which turn into Lines in Metatrons Cube. Josephine McCarthy QUAREIA_M2_L6
page 7, and in various other places within various books and lessons seems to give an indication that
they are like the blueprints for an entity and they show the purpose and design of the entity:

https://static1.squarespace.com/static/539af6bee4b0cef061847e36/t/53d735f5e4b0907fe7bf464c/140
6612981881/QUAREIA_M2_L6.pdf

Suddenly the pattern re-emerges into your consciousness and you finally make sense of it as you
find yourself standing in the centre of the power that the pattern is a map for.

Apparently, the thought is that your pattern defines who and what you are.
----------------------------
To get to the point, the idea that came to mind was that Kether could instead be the center of
Metatrons Cube. This would make sense with it being the initiating source and taking into consideration
that the real Metatrons Cube is not a 2-dimensional drawing on paper, but a multi-dimensional object
that doesnt adhere to 2-dimensional thinking. I now would say that it is in fact higher than 3-
dimensional and would probably be 4 dimensional.

I have had previous entries that went over my thought that there seems strong indication that Divinity is
something that emanates from the Microcosmic rather that he Macrocosmic. Hence evidence for Kether
being represented in the center.

This seemed logical at the time, but, as will be seen, was eventually replaced with other thoughts.

Dimensions of the Cube

My thinking with regard to the Elements and their locations on the Tree of Life started to include the
idea that in correspondence with how Divinity surrounds the Abyss, the Supernals would also. Changing
Metatrons Cube from a 2-dimensional drawing into an object of a higher dimension than the one
human being inhabit allows consideration that the external spheres could represent the opposition
shown in the Hexagram Fire on one end and Water on the other, along with the more mediating
Element in the Middle of the shapeEarth and Air.
When you also consider again that you are dealing with a Tesseract, the path one travels when going in
a particular direction are also influenced. On the 2-dimensional representation of the Tree of Life, you
move from top to bottom in a linear and simple way. However, if looking at the real thing, for which
there now seems is evidence that it is a 4-dimensional entity, then thinking about how a Tesseract
behaves, with the ability to turn itself inside out from center to surface according to the 3-dimensional
point of view, then the thought that came to my mind, in addition to already having reason that Kether
would be suitable placed in the center of Metatrons Cube and that Divinity (at least one of the possibly
2 aspects of Divinity) could be something that emanate outward from a central point on the Microscopic
scale rather than enforcing its will from outside reach in, was that the order of the sphere were better
represented as being from inward to outward.

Chapter 2 Spheres

Signs, Sephiroth, and Metatrons Cube

Also, had the thought about how to start breaking up the circles. Zodiacal signs are grouped as being
Cardinal, Mutable, or Fixed. So, 2 sets of Zodiac Signs, a set being one of each, for each ring of spheres
that are placed around the center of Metatrons Cube, and all 12 signs are accounted for.

My first thought is to start with Aries, Cardinal at the inner ring, on top and rotate clockwise adding each
subsequent signTaurus (Fixed), and Gemini (Mutable). You will then start with another Cardinal,
Cancer, on the bottom of the inner ring, along with the next set of signs. When the inner ring is full, then
the outer ring is done in the same way. Again, you end up with two of each type and they are all
adjacent to their complimentary inner ring partners.

The above could be of some use in thought, but I ultimately decided to look at the cube in a different
way.

Some Note on Correspondences

I recall how the Sephiroth spheres on the Tree of Life, the pattern of the Flower of Life, and the sacred
geometry of the Metatron Cube has been compared and corresponded. This could add another layer to
those considerations.
----------------------------
7 Planets
7 Days of Creation
7 Sephirah
7 Prayers of the Kabbalah

Concerning the Merkabah: its said that each of the non-supernal spheres surrounding Tiphareth is an
emanation of Tiphareth. There are 6 not counting Tiphareth. There are 42 Names of Godthis could be
each of the outer spheres matched with its pure self of another. There are also 72 Names of Godthis
could be 6 spheres with each matched against an astrological sign.
----------------------------
Looking at the following image:
I was able to see that the Tree of Life, like a fractal, is imbedded within Metatrons Cubeor at least if
you fill all space with spheres. I had thought that there were 1 too few rows. My attention now goes to
the 2 additional circles located at the middle sides between Yesod and Malkuth.

I had before though on whether or not an additional set of spheres could be included, making a total of
4 set, which would be in line with the Anatomy of 4 and also the manifestation of 8 that tend to happen
alongside it, but I dont know what would be included at this point and cant think of anything that
might have been indicated. Maybe they would have to be thought out and invented from scratch.

In thinking that the Tree of Life could not be found complete in Metatrons Cube, I must have actually
been thinking about the Flower of Life, which, based on the image below, can in turn be seen to be
imbedded in both the Tree of Life and, therefore, also within Metatrons Cube:

Above, the Flower of Life shape can be seen with the central circle and the inner ring of circles.

----------------------------
Looking at the Tree of Life now and was thinking about where the 4 Worlds are located. Then tried
looking at not the circles that indicate the 4 Worlds, but instead just looking at the Sephiroth included in
each world. I got the feeling that I had spent too much time looking at the circles and corresponding
them and each world to the Elements.

I think the Elements, as they are commonly understood and defined and their corresponding
descriptions, are named for correspondence but dont define the worlds they are matched with. Maybe
its more accurate to use the Hebrew letter God Name YHVH, since its known that it can be used as an
image illustration where Vau is a picture of the inner flame.

At any rate, looking at just the Sephiroth and then using the functions that were assigned to the world
they are included in gives a much better understanding.

Malkuth is the flesh

It had been said that Malkuth is all Elements combined. However, when reading The Complete Golden
Dawn and how they describe the 3rd Triad on page 35, it is seen how one can instead take the world of
Assiah, list the Sephiroth found there, like I have mentioned and done in a recent note above, and then
give each sphere an element, then use Tiphareth as the holder of all Elements combined. This would
make sense, because Tiphareth is also referred to as Pure Balance in the Quareia deck. Tiphareth is also
referred to as Adornment, and also as a jewel, which I didnt understand before but now leads me to
think it could refer to it being adorned and decorated with or a decoration of all the Elements into one
placeall in balance:

AssiahThe World of Action or Manifestation

Tiphareth

With regard to the book, The Complete Golden Dawn, the only thing I find disagreeable is to which
spheres the Elements are matched. I have done mine differently. Israel Regardie matched Hod with
Water and Yesod with Air.

This may or may not be an improvement given the mention above of how Hod might represent a part of
the Unconscious mind. In fact, even the Conscious mind is so heavily influenced by emotion and instinct
that one might still regard the mind entirely as being related to the element of Water and not be
thought wrong for doing so. Also, to be considered is that the Sephiroth are supposed to be polarities
and that Fire and Water are indeed polarities.
Also, Air is supposed to be a mediator, and that would make it suitable that Air be included in the
Middle Pillar. Below, I have given the other version as I now, after some thought, feel that it could very
well be the more correct version:

AssiahThe World of Action or Manifestation

Tiphareth
NetzachFire
Hod Water
Yesod Air
MalkuthEarth

The Conscious Mind is not a thing thats separate from the Unconscious mindit, instead, is a surface
expression of the Unconscious Mind and is in fact far, far less influential.

Chapter 3 Lines

Thoughts About the Lines and Shapes of Metatrons Cube

I recalled just a few days ago reading Josephine McCarthy The Exorcist's Handbook and when describing
what the Abyss is she starts talking on Metatrons Cube and how it consists of 13 spheres and various
Platonic Solid shapes, and that the interconnection of the spheres and other shapes are an illustration of
how the Angels of the Upper Abyss connect to God, work together, and bring about manifestation on
the physical plane (but it may be worth noting that she specifically referred to it as how humanity is
manifested).

I was astounded at the information that came through as a result of working from
point to point. I began to see how different angelic beings supported certain aspects of Divinity and how
they interconnected across the pattern to support the manifestation of humanityit just blew me
away.

Brief Analysis of the Lines

At any rate, back to the point I am trying to work toward, remembrance that the 72 Angels bear the
name of God and also the image of the Metatron Cube and the specific numbers of shapes made me
wonder if the 72 Shem could be connected with the 13 Spheres. I immediately also thought about the
12 signs of the Zodiac, which can be divided into 72 to get 6.

After which I also thought about the Classical Planets, which are 6 if you dont include Sol which is at the
center of them all. I opened an image that I had downloaded a few days ago of Metatrons Cube and
looked to see that one circle in the middle and 12 surrounding. There is one ring of 6 circles immediately
surrounding the center circle and then there is another, outer ring that also consists of 6 circles.

I would like to associate the 12 possibly being of the Zodiac and possibly each including 6 Shem Angels.
In fact, I just now looked at the circles and see that each of the 13 has 6 lines running through them that
are angled. The inner-most ring of 6 actually has a total of 8 lines running through it and the outermost
ring has 7 totals, however, these can conceivably be excluded from this particular count (in that they can
be counted as referring to something different in that what the other 6 are referring to) because they
are drawn at an angle relative to the line that runs from the central circle instead of being parallel to it.

I am now thinking that the lines that run from the center, of which there are exactly 6, represent pure
divinity or the command center. My current thought, after creating card names recently where I named
and ranked the different levels or classifications of spirits, is that Divinity without form is the highest
realm (completely separate from the material realm), then there is the Zodiacal (at the highest level of
spiritual, just short of Divinity, Archangelic), then the Celestial/Planetary (highest form of material, just
short of being spiritual, maybe this would best be called Astral). Connecting Zodiacal and Planetary
correspondences on the cube as mentioned above leads me to think the Shem can be seen each as a
Planetary manifestation within a particular Zodiacal.

So, you could say that the Metatron Cube is a line/shape illustration of Zodiacal/Planetary relationships
as embodied within the 72 Shem angels. I will also note that when counting each line as it emanates
from the center of each circle, including the one in the center, a total of 96 is gained.

Excluding the straight lines in both the outer and inner rings takes away 18 lines and excluding the
lines that come from the central circle removes 6 more, meaning a total of 24 subtracted. 12 of those
connections coming directly from the central circle (which I associate with not a God, but Divinity),
connecting the central circle directly to each one of the other circles, and 12 of them connect an inner
ring circle directly to two outer ring circles. At any rate, subtracting these 24 leaves the 72 specific lines
that I seek to isolate.
----------------------------
Concerning the drawing of Metatrons Cube, Josephine McCarthy, in The Exorcist's Handbook, page 125,
said that:

I sat down with a coin for the spheres and a ruler for the lines. The spheres were fine but when I
reached for the ruler, it vanished. I hunted all over for the bloody thing and in the end a contact
that had been following me around the house all day said, just do itthe spheres are of God, but
the lines are of you and must be drawn free hand from point to point: you cannot draw through
points to make a long line, it must be approached a connection at a time.

The message below told to Josephine McCarthy by her spirit guides seems to confirm that each
connection, from one center to the next, is unique and has a specific significance.

I should note that the Metatrons Cube illustration seems to form a Platonic solid version of the
Hexagramwhich is representative of all the Elements, but also of the merging of Fire and Water, the
two polarities, in particularalso seen as the meeting of Heaven and Earth.

Above, it was said that the spheres are God and the lines are of the human being. My reading of Quareia
teaching has thus far, referred to the Hexagram as being the link between Divinity and the material
world or Humanity.

Chapter 4 Cube Sephiroth

A Rethinking
I thought on the above and took a look at the above image. If thought of in that way, then one could
bring down the right and left side Sephiroth to be parallel with Tiphareth and form arms that extend out
as an equidistant cross. This means extending from Tiphareth you would have 2 below, 2 above, two
right, and 2 on the leftwith Tiphareth at the center and bringing more acknowledgement to the
description of it being Pure Balance.

Given the original idea that started these recent statements about possible correspondences within the
Metatron Cube, that the Sephiroth could be Zodiacal, and given that I want to associate the outer
spheres of the cube with Kether and Malkuth, I am thinking to rearrange my original layout so that the
first set of 3 and the last set of 3 zodiacal sings could be associated with the outer ringwhile the
internal signs with the internal ring. Aries, Taurus, and Gemini seems to me are more associated with
beginnings while Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces would be with endings.

Looked now and saw there are 9 Choirs of Angels, which fits well with the fact that I want to define 9
Sephiroth. It seems that these choirs are divided into 3 groups of 3. I must note, however, that I have a
different result looking at what seems the Jewish and Im guessing an older version of choirs. I have 10
listed in my Personal Spirits excel file and both Chokmah and Binah have a choir indicated as
corresponding to themtherefore, this doesnt support their use in the 9 Sephiroth arrangement that I
want to use without the inclusion of these two Sephiroth.

How the Sephiroth and Metatrons Cube are Related

While reading Magical Knowledge II, page 131, I had the idea that Metatrons Cube could represent
Daat. My first though was that the very central circle could represent that particular spear. Maybe the
whole object does or maybe only the center, with the other spheres being the surrounding Sephiroth
Kether, Binah, Chokmah, Geburah, Chesed, and Tiphareth. The thing that makes these possibilities seem
the logical conclusion is that, long ago, I have heard Daat referred to as the Inner Dessert or Abyss. The
Abyss is where Metatron resides, so its logical to theorize that Metatrons cube would be located there.

Its also interesting to note how in her book, The Exorcist's Handbook, on page 125, concerning the line
and circle patterns of Metatrons Cubes, Josephine McCarthy says that it illustrates how different
angelic beings supported certain aspects of Divinity and how they interconnected across the pattern to
support the manifestation of humanity. She then, on page 131 of Magical Knowledge II says that
When the soul manifests in the position of Daath, it takes on a complex structure which is made up of
angelic consciousness through which the soul manifests into life.

This is the reason I have been able to connect Metatrons Cube with Daat. Im sure that I had already
tried to graft it onto the Tree of Life before, but was more thinking of the central circle in Metatrons
Cube as representative of Kether, or maybe more so Tiphareth. I think that I only briefly entertained the
idea of it being Daat.

The next thought coming to mind is that if angelic consciousness is the source of human consciousness,
then they end up being the same thing in essence. This goes back to effect and connect previous ideas
concerning the Angels.

1. Angels are a hive consciousness

2. God is not a singular, independent entity, but is a composite of the Angelsor at most is the
brain or maybe its best to say specializes in acting as the will of the hive
3. As said in the Bible, man is made in the image of Godnot just physically speaking, but here
meaning that human consciousness and the human soul is a construct, a devised structure of
Angelic origin

Also worthy of note concerning the above is that the manifestation of humanity is not something that is
arranged and ejected outward as a one off action. Meaning that the manifestation is continuous and on-
going. That there is a connection that remains and the manifestation is being projected over the course
of time and is changeable from source to projection and from projection to source.

Also, reading a bit further page 131, Magical Knowledge II, The complex pattern looks a bit like a
Metatron Cube and if an angel is still attached, it will show here.

Now, my idea is that Daat is the Void, the Abyss, maybe the Inner Dessert is a part of it (I am not clear
on the exact distinctions but I for now assume that the Void and the Abyss are at least closely related if
not synonymous and that the Inner Dessert is a particular section of the AbyssI would say the
shallowest, first part thats accessible before going deeperthis is based on my understanding).

I also had the thought to related Ain Soph Aur to the rings and the sphere in the center of Metatrons
Cube.

Daat being representative of knowledge, could, when Manifested as Metatrons Cube, could be the
Tree of Knowledge and laying within the Tree of Life.

Chapter 5 Hexagram

The Hexagram and the Metatrons CubeWhat the Cube Really Means

It shows the Hexagram, similar to as I have mentioned here in an above note, with one of the triangles
representing Fire and the other Water. I also see a correspondence to the Vision of the Void exercise
taught by Josephine McCarthy whereby the Inner Flame is visualized as being on top of a pool of water.
Here, that seems to be illustrated with the Sun representing the flame and the ocean representing the
water. My thought on the Hexagram now are changed. It seems I had originally misread or
misinterpreted as it representing Divinity itself, however my thoughts are now that Man starts out as
the Pentagramthis is representative of the common manifestation of all human beings.

However, in reaching for Union with Divinity, Man then forms himself into the Hexagramor maybe the
Hexagram is already formed within Man where Tiphareth is identified to correspond on the body, a
point of balance between the two polarities of Fire and Water, as can be illustrated on the above image
and also in concept with the Vision of the Void exercise.

So, this is how the Hexagram serves as the Human connection with Divinitythrough the human being
(or maybe really just any vessel, including a Religion) that has been transformed into a mediator of or
bridge for Divinity to connect with humanity, this symbol looks like the both the mutual manifestation
and a subsequent balance of duality/polarity both externally, with the structure of the shapes that
represent Fire and Water, and internally, with the containment of the substancethe actual Elements
of Fire and Water.

This gives me a thought relating to the idea that Man is Divinity, or that he is in the image of the Father
or that he holds the Divine Authority of the Father. This is something I have heard indicated through the
interpretation of Eheieh or Ehyeh asher Ehyeh.

As mentioned concerning that, Human beings instead each contain a spark of Divinity within
themselves. My thought is that this illustration displays that divine spark. Also, I correspond it with the
Hebrew letter Vah in YHVH as illustrated in earlier notes and again below:

So, in conclusion to the above:

Hexagram triangles representing Fire and the other Water
Hexagram triangles are representative of duality/polarity coming together
Hexagram triangles are said to embody all 4 basic elements
Hexagram itself illustrates the Inner Flame in Man
Hexagram is Mans connection with Divinity, not Divinity itself, but is filtered Divinity
Hexagram seems to be an evolution of the Pentagrammeaning its Man in Union with Divinity
The above Hexagram illustration seems to indicate the shapes are outer structure and then then
there is the internal Elemental substance
The Divine spark within all Men is represented by the Inner Flame
The Internal Flame can be illustrated in both the Hebrew God Name YHVH and the Hexagram
Water triangle of Hexagram can be representative of Chokmah and Binah going into Tiphareth?
Fire triangle of Hexagram can be representative of Chesed and Geburah coming from Kether?

And furthermore

Again, Hebrew letters illustrate the internal flame

Again, Hexagram is a means through with humanity is able to connect with Divinity
Hexagram shape is illustrated in Metatrons Cube
Spheres of Metatrons Cubes correspond to Sephiroth on the Tree of Life
Spheres of Metatrons Cubes are said to represent God
Spheres of Metatrons Cube can each be identified as beings and places of or around the Abyss
The inner ring of spheres on Metatrons Cube could also be related to the 7 Planets
7 Planets represent Deity/Celestial powers
Sephiroth on the Tree of Life can be said to represent God or a Deity power
12 spheres of Metatrons Cube could correspond with Zodiac
Metatrons Cube is Mans Chariot to God and takes him to the very threshold of Divinity
The Hebrew Letters for YHVH and Hexagrams relationship with the Inner Flame seem to suggest
that though Man is equivalent to Divinity, he himself could be equivalent to a God in that he can
serve as his own filtered interface with Divinity. Man can become a God/Deity, man still cannot
become Divinity.
The Hexagram represents Deified Man, as does YHVH
The lines in the design of Metatrons Cube that form the Hexagram, the ones said to be of man
while the spheres are God, represent the structures and physical manifestations of Elemental
substanceI think the creations of man such as Religion, Government, Philosophy, Science, etc.
Its possible to create a cube centered around Daat and another centered around Tiphareth
maybe this would be Sandalphons Cube.
----------------------------
Also of note are my previous thoughts that YHVH and the Hexagram illustrate how Divinity is within Man
and that the Man himself can become a GodEnoch was a Man, he became Metatron, he became an
expression of Divinity with form, he became a Deity/God.

Chapter 6 More Cubes

Finding Sandalphons Cube

There seems some support of my idea that there is a duplicate to Metatrons Cube, which seems to
conclusively have Daat as its center, that has Tiphareth as its center. My thought is that this would be a
complimentary opposite of Metatrons Cubeit being more of the Divine Realm and this what I call
Sandalphons Cube being more of the Physical Realm.
----------------------------
I also wonder if Sandalphons Cube would in turn represent the Goddess.

So, what you have with the Tree of Life is the following:

Inner ring of spheres in a center, which is an internal structure

Outer ring of spheres like a shell, which is an outer structure
Whole forms a Cube, of which there are two whose upper and middle parts are merged so that they
are half one and the othera marriage/union of the two cubes
A tree of life within each Cube, which is an internal structure for the entire things

The True Trinity: The Father, the Son, and the Mother

Had a thought before when I was writing in recent notes above about how the Tree of Life could be
altered to create the Metatrons Cube and that they could in fact be different versions of each other or
just one in the same but with the Tree of Life being incompleteeither purposefully to make a point or
for the purposes of hiding the connection between the two.

I think I forgot the idea during the rush to get other info down, but the thought was related to even
earlier notes when I was exploring the idea that the Sephiroth around Daat, of the Metatrons Cube,
could represent the Father Deity while the Sephiroth around Tiphareth, what I had named the
Sandalphons Cube, could represent the Mother Deity and they in the Tree of Life are shown as connect
(or intermarried) and could together be a representation of Divinity.

The more recent idea that I am getting at is the thought that the possible reason for the Tree of Life
being incomplete could be due to the Hebrew tendency to reject the Mother Deity. The Father deity is
clearly represented in Kether and throughout the Traditional, none mystical practices of the
Hebraic/Judaic religion.

However, I feel it possible that the practitioners of mystical and occult version of the religion could have
recognized the necessary role of the Mother Goddess along-side the God the Father and that this is one
of the core occult truths that they had to hide. The Tree of Life is possibly incomplete on purpose simply
to hide the fact that the role of the Goddess is also being portrayed within it.

Looking back at the Tree of Life just now, my thought is that after adding 2 additional Sephiroth in order
to make the Subpernal Triad at the bottom with Malkuth then you have the condition where Yesod,
Tiphareth, Daat, and Kether (after adding Spheres for Ain, Soph, and Aur) can all be turned into Cubes.
This would create a completed correspondence with the following:

YHVH
4 Worlds
Father, Mother, Son, Daughter/Wife
In order to know what type of Sephiroth should be added around Malkuth, I want to take a look at
Jacobs Ladder.

A Mans Cube

Just found something that possibly gives me reason to include the Sandalphons Cube idea, but with
some alteration. Instead of having the spheres represent an angelic being they could represent Man.

This image makes sense because the lowest Sephiroth of the Metatrons Cube, which I would now
assume represents Divinity, would be Tiphareth, which in turn would be the central sphere of the
Sandalphons Cube.

This is the sphere that represents Sol (which, come to think of it, I wonder if is the root word for the
English word soulthe sphere that in turn represents the HGA and divinity in Man, i.e. the internal
flame fits well here) Daat, represented by Josephine McCarthy as Hidden Knowledge in the Quareia
deck, is the blueprint for humanity, it is the central sphere for the Metatrons Cube, and is the upper
most sphere for the Sandalphons Cube.

All of this coupled with Josephine McCarthys hints, such as saying lines of Metatrons Cube are of
Humanity.
----------------------------
Some days ago, I had the idea of Metatrons Cube and Sandalphons Cube where one represented the
Masculine Father God Deity and the Other the Feminine Mother Goddess Deity. I assigned Daat and the
center of the Father and Tiphareth as the center of the Mother.

However, just some hours ago I got evidence that Tiphareth represented Man and I believed this to be
so, but I was also at a loss because I felt as such the Goddess wouldnt fit in.

However, thinking back to the idea of adding two spheres made it obvious that the Goddess could still
form a Cube with Yesod as the center. This would also make the most sense given that one would want
the Lower Supernals (or Subpernals) as part of the Goddess Cube.

This change also makes the most sense, because it places the Father Deity at top, the Mother Deity at
Bottom, and Mankind in the center of both and with Mankind consisting entirely of Spheres within each
while they themselves only share Tiphareth, which just so happens to be the Divine center of Man.
In this way, the life or spirit within man becomes the spark of Divinity that is gained from the pairing of
the Father and Mother Deityand arguably that Divinity itself is the offspring of the Male and Female
Deity.

This idea gives credence to the idea that God created man, and that man is the son of God and this is the
source of Gods interest in man. But slightly different is to maintain the idea that Divinity is the creator,
which I say would make more sense since this idea allows to also maintain the relevance of there being
4 Worlds as opposed to having to reduce it to 3and that the reason for Deitys creation of man could
be for the Deity to have a means in order to regain access to Divinity.

I am currently thinking about Frater Acher and his vision of the Pyramids because my understanding at
the moment is that the Hexagon represents Man and the spirits make use of Human being in order to
travel to and through the worlds where they cannotso it seems that Man could possess an aspect of
Divine spirit that is not contain within or accessible to incorporeal spirits.

Healing the Land - Part 3

https://theomagica.com/blog/healing-the-land-part-3.html

Frater Acher was assigned to take various items from various directions and help bring them together so
that the Pyramid of Heaven would be brought down to meet the Pyramid of Earth and the 3-
Dimensional Hexagram (the Tetrahedron) would form.

Rethinking the Tree to Include the Cube

Also with the thought that Metatrons Cube is a redesign of The Tree of Life.

Although, looking at the above definitions, I see that one can with equal reason argue that it, like I have
reasoned before, is a part of the Tree of Life instead of it being entirely composed of itbut, if you then
also consider my other idea, which is that the Tree of Life is a fractal, and that this is the truer
representation of how Jacobs Ladder is arranged, then you can pretty much meld both ideas together
to get one coherent theory that takes both possibilities into account.

But, for the sake of simplicity, I here will only consider the idea that the Tree of Life and Metatrons
Cube are the very same structure, but simply rearranged.

Part 6 - Conclusion

It is true that fundamentals are constant. But it is also true that Man is a creature of creation and he
seeks to create. Fundamentals have their place only as a starting point. From there comes invention.
From the facts comes the informed imagination that can then proceed beyond the known fact to
conceive of that which lies further beyond the veil of mystery.

My thought is that the truest function of Imagination and Logic are to partner with one another, to
temper one another toward their mutual goalthe advancement of exploration and discovery.
In fact, the question that I would ask you, and hope that you would also ask yourself, is this:

Is not the true nature and highest potential of Human thought to arrive at a place where the logic of
known fact and the imagination of unknown possibility work together in tandem?
----------------------------
A system of belief, whether or not you argue them as being inspired by God or by Genius, are merely the
man built bridges created in attempts to reach toward Divinity, not Divinity itself. An Active system of
belief IS a living thing. And a belief, just like any living thing, is born, they evolve, and they die.

This is inevitable. However, it can be said that the more flexible and adaptable a system of thinking and
belief is, the more robust it will be, the more beneficial it will be to Humanity, and longer it will thrive.
This goes not only for Religion, but for a Philosophy, a Science, an Economic or Governmental system,
etc.

Similarly, the Kabbalah need not be held down by dogma. If approached thoughtfully, it too can evolve
into something more than what it is today.

The seeds of its ideas will sprout out of new ground. And, even though the new fruit born from this new
vessel will undoubtedly be called by a different name, it will still remain, fundamentally the sameonly
it is hoped as an improvement over its previous form.

As with all things, it must evolve.

But the presentation of this fact is for nothing more than mere mention here. For the purposes of this
writing, the intended evolution doesnt involve changing the commonly accepted view of the Kabbalah.
This would be like trying to reinvent the wheel. It would be more work than reward and would likely be
more detrimental than helpful.

So dont misunderstand and think that the intent is to redesign or reinvent anything at all.

Instead, its a challenge for the reader to look deeper at its mysteries and to present a point of view that
may inspire you on a more individual level.

In that way, you yourself will be the one who creates a personal evolution within your own thinking.

The ultimate reward for me would be to see someone who was able to thoughtfully expand upon an
idea that I have started but wasnt able to finish, to think of something that I have totally missed, or
even to give me irrefutable facts as to why an idea I present is totally wrong.

and recovering a lost memory.
