5 star service, a pristine and classically
white interior and soft and tasteful ambient
music are all present in abundant supply
at Peach Blossoms. Headed by celebrated
Cantonese Chef Francis Chong Wui Choong
who specialises in fresh seafood cuisine,
the restaurant offers an eclectic mix of fresh
delicacies and unusual flavour combinations
which are guaranteed to surprise even the
most well versed food connoisseur. From
Wasabi Prawn to St Pierre Scallop and
Abalone Mushroom, a treasure trove of flavour
lies within this unique and innovative food
paradise.

to personally guide the use of the over 250kg High Society
of chocolate per week which is required to
make the desserts and pastries for the nightly
chocolate buffet. Featuring over 20 types of
chocolate and 15 types of cheese from around

at High Society are hand crafted on site
by a team of dedicated pastry chefs who
produce all product fresh daily. Coupled with a
beautifully classic and decadent interior, plush
velvet seating and warm mood lighting, High
Society is the perfect place to unwind and
relax over a delicious dessert paired with some
of Singapores best made coffee.

plates in Fratini La Trattoria into beautiful
canvases, painted with passion and care. This
restaurant offers luxurious food in a glorious
