I had to read a realistic fiction novel and advertise it in front of the class. To do this, I wrote a speech in
OneNote that I could read to the class.

One of the hardest parts about completing this is that Ms. Dodge only accepted three per day. I often had
to rush to class, but then find out that she was full. I had to manage time and submit it in time.

One problem was that I finished the book late, towards the end of the quarter, and thats when most
people do their talks. I kept failing to get into the slots. Just when I thought there was no hope, Ms. Dodge
let a few more in to do theirs. I ended up being one, but I was only able to present one of two book talks
required, the other, about Realistic Fiction, (the one I am reflecting on), I got submit on the first day after
the deadline, which is what caused the decrease in points.
