Based on everything you have learned about college culture and admissions, what are two
steps you can take within the next 3-6 months to ensure your transfer admissions plan will
be successful?
Based on all of the information that I was able to take in from the research of my top two schools
I learned that there are steps that need to be taken in order to deem me successful in my college
transfer career. During this 3-6 month time period I need to be to take both ACT and SAT in
order to figure which test is best for and will work in my favor to getting into the university that I
want to. With this plan I need to be able to practice and study for the exam and also find a date
that would be best for me to take the test and also provided enough time so that I can apply for
colleges. The next step will be to continue to go on college tour so that I may be able to evaluate,
scope, and ask questions about the universities that I am curious about attending. I also need to
figure out if an out of state university is best for me or if I need to stay in state. Another factor to
this step is that I need to get into contact with the transfer admissions office to figure out the
situation of the acceptance of the credits that I obtain from the MIddle College High School
program.

ensure that I am able
to get into a

After research I have realized that my two top schools are very similar when it comes to the
things that I want to get as a result from academic path. One reason is the the similar
requirements set by both universities that ensure that the students that they are receiving are the
best. Another reason is the campus lifestyle that they bring to each of their students to help them
feel more comfortable while they are away from home. Lastly how both campuses help out their
communities by volunteering and providing help to people who surround them.
