Taxmetro Real Qu es un taxmetro?

El taxmetro es un aparato electrnico de medida instalado en el taxi cuya funcin es medir el

importe que se va a cobrar por transporte midiendo tanto la distancia recorrida como el
tiempo.

Este invento es un dispositivo que permite calcular el valor real de un viaje en taxi basndose
principalmente en el consumo y precio de la gasolina utilizada. Este dispositivo no solo est
orientado a los taxis, sino tambin a los buses interparroquiales quienes ofrecen una tarifa por
distancia que muchas veces es definida por el cobrador del transporte.

Componentes

Los componentes que conforman principalmente este dispositivo son los que un taxmetro
comn posee como: Impresora de Recibos, Sistema de comunicacin GPRS, Sensores.

Adicionalmente se aade pantalla de control de disponibilidad, aparte del contador del

taxmetro y un software integrado con una pequea base de datos que controlara el precio de
consumo de la gasolina.

Variables de Funcionamiento

Este dispositivo est basado en 4 variables principales: precio y tipo de gasolina, tiempo de
viaje, consumo de gasolina y las tarifas que se dispongan por el uso del vehculo en las
cooperativas que brindan este servicio.

Como Funciona?

El dispositivo cuenta con sensores ubicados en cada uno de los asientos de los pasajeros para
determinar si el vehculo se encuentra disponible en el caso del taxi o si existen asientos
disponibles en el caso de buses interparroquiales. Esto ser visible gracias a que en el vehculo
se incorporar una pantalla que muestra la organizacin de asientos en el vehculo.

Uno de los sensores que posee el vehculo va conectado al tanque de gasolina. Este sensor se
encarga de detectar, entre otras cosas, el tipo de gasolina que el vehculo est utilizando y
busca en la base de datos incorporada al sistema el valor referencial para el total de gasolina
almacenada en el contenedor del vehculo.

Mientras el viaje transcurra, el dispositivo ir guardando el valor de gasolina consumida

durante el viaje y establecer la relacin: gasolina consumida por precio referencial de la
unidad mnima de medida de gasolina, la cual determinara el valor a pagar.

Adicionalmente, y al igual que un taxmetro normal, se establecern tarifas por equipaje

adicional, valor mnimo de inicio del viaje y otros, que estn contemplados en el marcador del
precio de viaje que se visualiza en la pantalla de conteo del taxmetro.
