Customer Comments:

1-Many breakdown occur and same fault exist after returning generator to the
factory for maintenance.

2-Change fuel and oil filters for caterpillar engines from fleetgaurd to caterpillar.

3-Expired lifting certificate.

4-Customer suggests installing fill valve on fuel daily tank to be used in winter to
avoid starting problems in cold weather.

5-Customer request keep our operation team unchanged due to work permit
problems.

Operator Comments:

1-Operators need gloves for servicing.

2- Accommodations air condition fault.

Audit Comments:

1-Operation and service sheets are not used regularly.

2-Low loads on generators.

3-Dusty and corroded battery cable clamps.
