de onde voou, melhor vo, avio mais legal, lugares bonitos, voc estar preparado para
discutir este assunto com a avaliadora.

B PARTE DE DISCUSSO DE FATOS QUE PODEM DIFICULTAR O VOO OU PANES REAIS


J OCORRIDAS COM O AVALIADO

A avaliadora apresentara um fato e vai te perguntar o que isso implica no vo.


Exemplo, ela vai dar um ATIS dizendo que esta nevando e vai te perguntar: "O que implica estar
nevando para o seu vo? Dificulta o pouso? O que muda no vo para pousar assim? preciso
alternar?" Ou seja, a avaliadora vai montar um bate papo sobre o assunto. Esteja preparado
para dialogar sobre assuntos de dificuldade (neve, chuva, gelo, vento forte, noturno etc).

C ESCUTA DE FONIA E DISCUO DO FATO APRESENTADO

Pane e situaes no normais, vai ter fonia, ao do piloto, arremetida, solicitaes,


speech com passageiro, etc. Lembre de ser detalhista na pane, pedir reserva de pista, analise
de tamanho de pista, pedir trator para o txi se for o caso da pane, bombeiro, etc. Fazer como
se fosse um vo real.

D ESCUTA DE FONIA E VISUALIZAO DE FOTOS PARA DISCUTIR O ASSUNTO


ABORDADO

Pane e situaes no normais, vai ter fonia, ao do piloto, arremetida, solicitaes,


speech com passageiro, etc. Para dificultar o fato, a avaliadora poder apresentar uma foto e
perguntar o que voc est vendo na foto, que ser relacionada com o assunto. Exemplo, a pane
foi uma batida de asa com outro avio em solo durante o txi, a ela te mostra uma foto de
uma asa batida e pergunta o que voc est vendo, se grave, pede para voc descrever o
estrago para a torre, se necessrio ajuda, bombeiro etc.

Desenvolvendo e estudando estas panes, voc estar bem preparado para a parte de
panes do teste de ingls:

AS LIES ABAIXO PODERO AUXILIAR NA PREPARAO DA SABATINA DO EXAME.

1-Durante a DEP, o pneu estoura, a ACFT derrapa, sai parcialmente da pista e no tem
como taxiar por meios prprios, necessitando ento de um trator para o reboque. TWR/PAX.

TWR - Tower, ONE 6125. Weve aborted our take-off due to a tire blow-out. We slid off
the runway and our Right main landing gear is bogged down. We request passenger steps and
buses and a tug to tow us back to the apron.
PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the captain speaking. During our take-off we had a
tire blow out, and then we had to abort our run. Everything is ok, but well need a tug to tow us
back to the apron. Please remain seated with seatbelt fastened. Id like to apologize for the
discomfort and as soon as possible Ill give you further informations, thank you.

2-PAX reclama que seu assento est ocupado e por isso quer ser transferido para a
primeira classe. Explicar que a primeira classe est lotada, mas que a CMS chefe de cabine vai
arrumar um assento na janela para ela.

PAX - Excuse-me! Good morning. I am the First Officer ___, the chief purser informed
me that your seat is already occupied by another passenger and you would like to have a first
class seat. Unfortunately the first class is quite full, but our chief purser will find a by the
window seat for you. Im sorry about this inconvenience and have a nice flight. Do you prefer a
by the window seat, or a by the aisle one? OK, Ill ask the chief purse for a by the ___ seat for
you.

3-Durante o txi um caminho de servio bate na ACFT causando danos considerveis


mesma. Informar o ocorrido ao GND e aos PAX, solicitando o desembarque de todos aps a
parada da ACFT.

GND - Ground, ONE 6125. During our taxi on taxiway A, a catering truck hit our left
fuselage. We request return to the apron to make a visual check.

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the captain speaking. During our taxi , a catering
truck accidentally hit our left fuselage everything is ok, but for safety reasons well return to the
apron to make a visual check with our maintenance staff.(after some minutes)

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, your captain again. Unfortunately our maintenance staff
has found a huge damage on our fuselage. I kindly ask all passengers to disembark with all
your belongings and follow the instructions given by the ONEs ground staff. ONE airlines will
be taking all necessary actions so that our delay be as short as possible, Im sorry about this
inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

4-Passageiro bbado e inconveniente causando tumulto a bordo. Solicitar ao ACC o


desvio da rota e pouso no aerdromo mais prximo para o desembarque do PAX e apoio da
polcia. Criar tambm o dilogo com a autoridade policial.

ATC - Center, ONE 6125. We have a disruptive passenger on board who is disturbing
the other passengers and is putting in risk our flight. I request to divert to SBBR and well need
police assistance upon our arrival to submit the passenger to the authorities.

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the captain speaking. As you might have seem we
have a disruptive passenger on board that is putting in risk our flight. For safety reasons were
diverting our flight to SBBR, where hell be submitted to authorities, our estimated time of
arrival in BSB is 1:30 pm local time. We expected our land in more 20 minutes. We apologize for
this inconvenience, thank you for your attention.
5-Durante voo de cruzeiro houve necessidade de uma manobra evasiva (mergulho) p/
evitar trfego que no cumpriu autorizao ATC. Informar situao ao ACC e pedir pouso de
emergncia devido a PAX feridos. Fazer speech p/ os PAX e manter dilogo com a CMS.

ATC - Center, this is ONE 6125. We had a TCAS resolution advisory and we had to dive
two thousand feet downward in order to avoid the traffic, I request to maintain FL 280 while Ill
check if the passenger are ok.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. There was another aircraft
coming into our discretion therefore, we had to dive to avoid it. Now everything is ok. Our cabin
crew reported me that we have some passenger with light injuries and I request if there is a
doctor on board, to contact one of our crew member. Im sorry about this inconvenience and
thank you for your attention.

6-Durante inspeo da FAA em MIA foi encontrada cocana na bagagem de um


PAX. Montar o dilogo com a autoridade policial local dando nfase ao pedido de discrio a
polcia, em relao imprensa.

FAA - My name is ___ and Im the master captain of this flight, the flight attendants
informed me that the passenger who has sitting here was a female brunette, long dark hair,
and was wearing a blue jeans, black jacket and red hat. Id like to ask you to carry out the
procedures carefully because we dont want the press here. Thank you.

7-Fogo no toilet durante a decolagem e decolagem abortada. Contato com a TWR,


com a CMS e speech para os PAX.

TWR - Tower ONE 6125. Weve had a fire in a toilet. We request the fire brigade and
emergency services. We are initiating an emergency evacuation procedure.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. Weve an unusual situation
on board. Be prepared for an emergency evacuation. Please, follow the flight attendants
instruction calmly and in order. Repeat, follow the flight attendants instructions calmly and in
order. They are well trained to deal with this situation.

EVAC - Cabin crew attention!!! (Lets start evacuation, evacuate the ACFT now, by the
left side!!!)

8-Durante o voo de cruzeiro aparece um PAX doente com suspeita de SARS. Contato
com a CMS, ACC, PAX, autoridade sanitria (pedindo discrio em relao imprensa).

ATC - Center, ONE 6125. Weve a passenger on board that is seriously ill. I request
immediate medical assistance upon our arrival. He may have SARS. I would like to ask you to

9-Despressurizao explosiva e descida de emergncia. Contato com ACC, CMS e PAX.


ATC - Mayday, mayday, mayday, ONE 6125. There is a depressurization. We are
making an emergency descent to FL100, heading 360 to leave the airway area.

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, may a have your attention please, this is the captain
speaking. Weve had a loss of cabin pressure and we had to make a emergency descent to

10-Durante o vo o passageiro morre. Informar a situao ao ACC, solicitando


presena da polcia aps o pouso, e explicar aos mesmos o que aconteceu (pedindo discrio
em relao imprensa).

ATC - We have a passenger that had a heart attack and passed way. We request police
authorities upon our arrival.

POLICE- (Talking to the authorities) We took off from SBGR at 06:30 AM, local time and
everything seemed to be ok with him. When we were about one hour to MIA he asked for help
saying that he had a strong pain in chest. We asked for a doctor among the passengers to
assist the ill passenger quickly. But unfortunately he died at 03:00 PM MIA time 100NM out of
MIA, inside the U.S. territory. I would like to ask you to lead the procedures carefully to avoid
the presence of press here.

11-PAX doente aps DEP, deciso pelo retorno, alijamento de combustvel. Montar
contato com CMS, APP e PAX.

CMS - Chief purse, we are returning to MIA to provide medical assistance to the
passenger who need it. Before that we need to perform a fuel dumping, it will take about 20
minutes. Ill make a speech.

ATC - Control, ONE 6125. We have a (pregnant passenger in labour) seriously ill
passenger on board that needs medical assistance immediately. We would like to return to
MIA, but we need to dump fuel. We request to fly to fuel dumping area.

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the captain speaking. We have a passenger on
board that needs immediately medical assistance. So, we are returning to MIA to provide aid.
Before that we need to release some fuel out in order to decrease our landing weight. After
that we will be flying towards to MIA. Were expecting to land in the next 20 minutes. Tank you
for your attention and have a nice landing.

12-Tripulao desconfia de menor desacompanhado a bordo. Montar dilogo com a


CMS, com o menor, com ACC e com a autoridade policial.

CMS - Chief purse, we will proceed our flight to GRU, and Ill request police authorities
upon our arrival. We will be landing in the next 30 minutes.
ATC - Control, ONE 6125. We think that we have unattended minor on board. He
comes with a couple that seems to be his parents, but during the flight, the flight attendant
noticed that they were not related. We request police authorities upon our arrival.

13-Vazamento de combustvel, 15 minutos de autonomia. Informar ao APP, informar


CMS sobre a situao e pedir a ela para preparar a cabine para um pouso forado.

ATC - Control, ONE 6125. We have a serious fuel leak and we need to divert to the
nearest airport immediately. Our endurance now is about 15 minutes.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. We have a technical problem
and for safety reasons well perform a landing in Confins airport, which is the nearest airport at
this moment. Were expecting our landing in 10 minutes more, please remain seated with your
seat belt fastened, and follow the flight crew instructions. After our landing Ill provide further
information. Thanks for your attention.

CMS - Chief purse, we have a fuel leak and for safety reasons were going to
Confins airport, that is a possibility to perform a emergency landing, I would like to ask you to
prepare the cabin for that possibility.

14-ACFT prosseguindo para pouso em Curitiba quando ocorre a falta de luz, contato
com o ATC e PAX.

ATC - Tower, ONE 6125. Were on final approach, weve lost visual contact with the
runway lights. So, were going around and request vectors for holding pattern, until have this
problem fixed.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. We have just been informed
that the Curitiba airport has completely lost its electrical power supply. Well perform some
turns over Curitiba, waiting for a possible solution. Ill keep you informed. Thanks for your
attention.

15-ACFT com indicao de trem no travado. Informar ao APP. Solicitar passagem


baixa para verificao junto TWR, problema confirmado, informar CMA, PAX e preparar a
cabine para um pouso de emergncia.

TWR - Tower, ONE 6125. We havent the down and locked indication o four right main
landing gear. We request to abandoned our approach and fly to the holding area in order to
check our landing gear system.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. We have not the down and
locked indication of our right main landing gear. We will do some turns, climb and descents
over Campinas in order to assure the landing gear proper position. Thanks for your attention.
TWR - Tower, ONE 6125. We finished our checks and we cant assure the landing gear
proper position. We request a low-pass by the tower to a visual check.( ONE 6125, your landing
gear doesnt seem to be completed extended)

TWR - Tower, ONE 6125. Declaring emergency. We intend to land and request
emergency services for landing.

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, your captain again. After our check we are no able to
assure the landing gear proper position, Therefore, I decide for safety reasons ask for the cabin
crew to prepare us for a emergency landing. Please keep calm, remain seated and follow the
flight attendants instructions. They are well-trained to deal witn this situation. We expect to
land in SBGR in more 10 minutes. Ill give you further information after our landing. Thank you
for your attention and have a nice landing.

16-Antes de iniciar a DEP apagam-se as luzes da pista. Informar situao TWR,


solicitar retorno ao BOX e fazer speech p/ aos PAX.

TWR - Tower, ONE 6125. Weve aborted the take off because the runway lights turned
off.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. Good evening. We had to
abort take off because the runway lights turned completely off. Please remain seated with your
seat belts fastened. Ill keep you updated as soon as I get further information. Tank you for your
attention.

17-Ameaa de bomba antes da decolagem. Fale com os PAX.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. Weve just been informed
about a suspicious luggage that might have been placed on board. For safety reasons well
return to the apron. Please remain seated with your seat belts fastened and follow the flight
attendants instructions. Thank you for your attention.

18-Tripulao suspeita de PAX clandestino a bordo. Informar ao ACC e descrever o


passageiro aos policiais.

TWR - Control, ONE 6125. We have a possible stowaway (illegal passenger) on board.
We request police assistance upon our arrival.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain again. Ive just been informed that a
non routine inspection will be carried out by local authorities. I kindly ask you to remain seated
with your passport and board cards at hand. Thank you for your attention.

Police- Weve a possible stowaway on board. He is seated on seat 12B, he is short, dark
hair and he is wearing a blue jeans, a black jacket and a white hat. Please, carry out the
procedures carefully because we dont want to scare the others passenger and we dont want
to call the others passengers attention. Thank you.
19-Turbulncia severa. Informar ao ACC e speech aos PAX.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. Weve been flying through a
turbulence area, for your own safety we kindly request you to keep your seat belts fastened.
We are already making all necessary deviations to provide you with a pleasant and
comfortable flight, Thank you.

20-Grande atraso na DEP. Speech aos PAX.

PAX - Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. Id like to inform you that our
is due to some passengers who are coming from a connection flight that has just arrived. I
suppose, well be taking off in more 10 minutes, thank you for your understanding.

Problems with our flight plan clearance. The airport is jammed and we are
number 12 for take-off.

To start our flight:

We are waiting for the completion of cargo / baggage loading...

We are waiting for completion of our boarding procedures

We are waiting for the aircraft to be refueled

We are waiting for the completion of local authoritys procedures

We are waiting for in the weather (at our destination)

21-Cancelamento do vo. PAX vo para o hotel.

PAX - May a inform you that:

Due to weather conditions at our destination.

Due to technical reasons this flight has been cancelled. We kindly ask you
to disembark with all your belongings and follow the instructions given by our
ground staff.

VRG will be looking for the best solution for each one of you.

VRG will provide you with transportation and hotel accommodation. We


fell sorry for this inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

22-Necessidade de troca de ACFT. Speech aos PAX.

PAX - May I inform you that:

There1ll be a change of the aircraft due to technical reasons.


We must change the aircraft because this one will be grounded for repairs.

We kindly ask you to disembark with all your belonging and follow the instruction given
by our ground staff. Thank you for your understanding.

23-Sequestro.

PAX1- May I have your attention please. This is the captain speaking. Our aircraft has
been taken by some people who demand that their order be followed. I request that all
passengers keep seated with seat belt fastened. I ask you to keep calm and not to react for the
safety of this flight it is essential that everybody follow this instructions. Well find a favorable
solution for all. Ill keep you informed of the situation thank you for your attention.

PAX2 - We are been hijacked. Please, remain seated, keep calm and do not react. I
repeat, do not react. We dont expect any problem as long as we follow the hijackers
instructions.

24-Passageiro problemtico.

Disruptive passenger (problemtico)

Stowaway / illegal passenger (clandestino)

Drunk passenger (bbado)

Pregnant passenger (grvida), in labour (trabalho de parto).

PAX - As you might have seen, during our taxi / take-off we had problems with an
individual who tried to open the door( to break into the cockpit). Now the situation is under
control, but for safety reasons we decided to return to the apron. Id like to tank all passengers
who have helped the crew members in this event.

GND - Tower, VRG 8096. We have a disruptive passenger on board who tried to break
into the cockpit. We request to return to the apron and police assistance upon our parking.

25-PAX com garrafa de O2

PAX - Excuse me sir, good afternoon, my name is ___, and I am this flights first officer.
Unfortunately there was a mistake of our ground staff during your boarding procedures and
youve embarked with a forbidden hand baggage. For the safety of this flight I kindly ask you to
leave these dangerous goods with our ground staff that theyll pack them properly and will
dispatch them as cargo without additional cost for you. Im sorry for our mistake and thank you
for your understanding.

26-PAX em Pnico, viu outro PAX com arma escondida e quer pular da ACFT. Solicitar
retorno e informar motivo, speech aos PAX informando retorno e motivo acalmando-os, pedir
ao pessoal de solo que retire malas e bagagem de mo, pedir ao PAX que faa descrio do
suspeito e a poltrona do mesmo, solicitar presena da polcia contando o ocorrido e as
informaes prestadas pelo PAX.

TWR - Tower, VRG 8096. We have a possible armed passenger on board. We request to
return to the apron, and police assistance upon our parking.

PAX - Ladies an Gentlemen. Good morning this is the captain speaking. Due to a
technical problem we are return to the apron. Our maintenance staff will need to change a
device and I suppose itll take us about 15 minutes. Please, remain seated and follow the flight
attendants instructions. Thank you for your understanding.

PAX - Please sir, can you describe the armed passenger?

Police- We have a possible armed passenger on board who was seen by other
passenger. This passenger describe him as being a tall black man, that is nearly 40 years old,
and that is wearing a blue jeans, a black jacket and a white hat. Please, carry out the
procedures carefully because we dont want to scare the other passengers, and we dont want
to call the other passengers attention. Thank you.

27-Durante o push-back de outra ACFT frente, a mesma iniciou o txi aplicando


muita potncia e com isso jogou detritos contra a sua ACFT. Estes detritos atingiram a
fuselagem e feriram seu mecnico de rampa. Informar ao GND, pedir assistncia para o
mecnico, fazer um speech, um safety report e reportar o ocorrido no livro de manuteno.

GND - Ground, VRG 8096. We were hit by the jet blast of a A340 of TAM Airliners in
front of us. Our right fuselage and our ground mechanic were hit by a great deal of dust and
debris, and our mechanic is badly bruised. We request medical assistance immediately for him.

PAX - Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the Captain speaking. As some of you might have
seen, another aircraft that was close of us, started its taxi using a large amount of power and
its jet blast hit us and our ground mechanic. Our mechanic is injured and now we are waiting
for medical assistance for him. Please, remain seated. Ill give you further information as soon
as possible. Thank you.

Safety Report - Aircraft A340 of TAM Airlines that carried out the flight 8000 on the
10th of May 2007, started its taxi using a large amount of power. A great deal of dust and
debris from its jet blast our aircraft which caused injuries on our ground mechanic and
damages on our right low fuselage.

Maintenance Log Book - Some damages on the right low fuselage and right engine
nacelle caused by the jet blast of other aircraft.
