Project Overview

IST7.6 provides the ATM switch solution to Syndicate Bank. IST does the card validation
&verification, pin verification, account verification, when customer doing transaction. Then the request
have be send to CBS host for account and balance check, then getting the request response from CBS host
then the response send to ATM.

Roles and Responsibility

Responsible for Monitoring, analyzing the transactions related issue and raise to the concern team
to fix the issue
UAT Testing and Production Implementation co-ordinate with Development team to fix defects,
bug fixes.
Handled the Production problems and troubleshoot and fixed the bugs.
Responsible for performing testing, implementation and support the application.
Responsible for Branch and ATM Vendor calls.
Administrating the production switch as well as UAT switch.
Every quarter end doing DR activity.
Analysing the transaction with the help of debugs.
Configuring the ATM in our application.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT PROFILE:


YSE owns NARADATM suite of Transaction processing products. NARAD ATM SWITCH is
software. Based Customer Delivery Channel transaction switching product, designed to
handle online financial transactions from ATM, POS, IVR and International Interchanges
such as Visa, Master Card. The NARADATM Switch is designed to run on the UNIX
Operating System.
Responsibilities:
The core role was to keep the applications up 24/7 and to be in touch with administrators
and users to help them and to resolve server and application related issues..
Procedural documentation for clients.
Understanding and troubleshooting complex customer issues on production environment.
Responsible for identifying any bugs occurring in the applications as well as fixing them.
