ABSTRACT
Behavior and caring is something that is needed by the patient in the hospital because
the cause of the high client's power is caused by behavioral factors and hospital care.
It is this that the patient or client in the hospital feel satisfied with the care waiter that
speeds up the healing of the patient or client. Then from observations and interviews
on December 5, 2016 at the Meuraxa Hospital in the Arafat and Inpatient Room
(Humaira) for 12 patients in the women's and men's wards, 9 patients said they were
still not satisfied The performance of nurses in giving nursing care to those causes less
ill health, less greeting even I guess patients do not care. While 3 patients say are
satisfied for the care provided by the nurses who served in the inpatient room. The
purpose of research to know the Nurse Relations With Client Satisfaction In Inpatient
Room Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh Year 2017. The research design used in this
research is Descriptive Correlative. The population is 236 people. The number of
samples is 70 respondents, the data date of 05 December 2016 s / d July 25, 2017, using
questionnaires in the compilation by the researchers themselves. Data analysis using
Chi-Square test. The result of research shows the relationship between Nurse Behavior
with Client Satisfaction at Inpatient Room of Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh Year 2017
with p value = 0,017. There is a relationship between Nurse With Client Satisfaction
In Inpatient Room Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh Year 2017 with value p = 0,004. This
research shows the relationship of behavior and care of the nurse with client satisfaction
in hospital room of meuraxa banda aceh hospital in 2017. researcher recommendation
to be able to do counseling about behavior and care of nurse with client satisfaction.
