EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Handican is a plaaorm which helps dierently-abled people match their skills with the right job and the right company, leading to a brighter
future.
The report draws aXenZon to the fact that people with disabiliZes is 10% of all Thai populaZon. Thailand has 1.8 Million of people with
disabiliZes and 800,000 are at the working age. Only 30% of disabled people who are in working are get employed. The size of disabled people
market tends to extend year by year. Data from Oce of the Higher EducaZon Commission refers the number of undergraduate students with
disabiliZes has been increasing. In addiZon, people with disabiliZes who graduated from high school or lower also have the same intenZon. They
want a job.
Our client is the company or organizaZon who interested in hiring disabled people. There are 13,242 companies in Thailand in 2016 and it tends
to increase year by area because of CSR trend.
In Handican's operaZons, our co-partners is True Co. who is involved in co-invesZng. In addiZon, we have assembled a board of advisors to
provide management experZse. The advisors is Massimo Ingegno (InternaZonal Expert and Associate Director for InternaZonal RelaZons at
DBTM, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University. )
Our service
Handican provides the list of handicap (user) who have abiliZes and willingness to work also provides the list of company (customer) who want
and ready to hire people with disabiliZes in plaaorm which is the intermediary for both sides to match each other.

1.Invite All Your Friends Now - This funcZon is important at the discovering phase because It can gather other disabled people to
join plaaorm. Disabled people can invite friends to join from Facebook and Its gonna be a good social inuence because disabled
people always trust others disabled people
2.Resume - Disabled people can adjust their resume any format they want and they can design their on and upload just a minute to
our website so theyll feel ownership & possession of that. Also prole picture that showing to company.
3.Probability to get work (%) - In matching process, Disabled people will be recommended the companies that might be suited to
them and have high chance to get along well with those. We matched by the resume and company & jobs descripZons. We have
noZcaZon to remind them to look at those without avoidance
4.Sharing experiences - This features can let disabled people share their experiences aver using Handican or aver worked at
company they love. This can empower trust and condence to other disabled people and new community will happen.
5.Progress bar - Every Zme user have to put the informaZons theres progression to help and encourage them to nish the whole
process. Even if matching process needs it. Accomplishment of user is very important on onboarding phase

THE MARKET SIZE
From doing research, we found that the total number of disabled people in Thailand are 1,802,375 people from the overall populaZon
of 65,931,550 people.
There are a total of 802,058 disabled people who are in the working age, 227,924 of disabled people who are able to work and are
employed equal to 28.42%, 118,144 of disabled people who are unable to work equal to 14.73%, and 455,990 of disabled people who can
work but are unemployed that is 56.85% of the total number of disabled people who are able to work more than the disabled people who
got hired for jobs a lot. Therefore, users of the plaaorm are disabled people who do not have a job. Our plaaorm will match disabled people
who are able to work and are ready to work with companies in Thailand with a total number of 1,372,342 registered companies. This is
more than disabled people who are in the working age and can double the work more. So if we can match disabled people who are able to
work and are ready to work with companies in Thailand. It can reduce the unemployment and disabled people with no jobs.
From the interview we found out that the disabled people who can work but they are sZll unemployed wanted to work but there are
no channels to nd a job or no skills in some work for them. Our plaaorm will train and educate disabled people before they match with
the companies that accept them to work and also educate disabled people to the company to reduce problems aver work of disabled
people like they cant work with normal people or whether the disabled people dont understand the work.

The plaaorm will conZnue to evolve in quality together with valuing the plaaorm to create value for the disabled people by training disabled
people who can work with skills and knowledge ready for work. Pull the skills and strengths of people with disabiliZes to make a prominent
point for disabled people and to create value of themselves. And to also provide the disabled people with the ability to work with
companies that are on our plaaorm. Our plaaorm will proceed gradually, with the rst phase of 50 people to 10 companies that are ready to
accept the disabled people and have good qualicaZons to get people with disabiliZes to work. To test the operaZon of the plaaorm and
the matching of the disabled with the company. When there is a problem during the operaZon we will solve the problem at each point
eecZvely so that our plaaorm is complete and has no operaZonal problems. We are conZnuously expanding the number of disabled
people and company that accept disabled people to be a plaaorm that they can nd jobs with quality and to address unemployment and
disability issues. It also creates value for the disabled people and solves social problems of equality. Handican" a plaaorm that emphasize
quality more than quanZty.

First of all, almost all of the process problems must come rst. We generate so many problems of disabled people and we came up with 3As ; altude, ability and accessibility.
