TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All the above are NORMAL charges and applicable if the items are submitted at ETDC and
collected back after NORMAL Calibration/Testing schedule.

2. For PRIORITY jobs charges will be double the normal charges.

3. Jobs carried out at CUSTOMER SITE customer is required to arrange transport for our
engineers & standards during onsite calibration schedule.

4. For OUTSTATION jobs, customer has to provide To and Fro AC II Tier Train tickets,
Accommodation and other logistic arrangements.

5. For ONSITE jobs, customer has to provide transport & other logistic arrangements.

6. This Quotation is valid upto 3 months from the date of issue & subject to change without
notice.

7. No taxes are applicable as this is a GOVT. OF INDIA Department. Hence, full amount
should be remitted without deducting Income tax/DD Commission charges / Postal
charges etc.

8. Security Deposit is also not applicable, being Govt. of India Department. All items
submitted for Test/ Calibration shall bear Screen printed/engraved details like Name of
the Unit/Sl. No./Model No./Company address on the Unit.

9. Specifications/Manuals may be provided wherever required.

1. 10. Test charges are to be paid in advance through RTGS/NEFT or other online modes
only.Provide the transaction no. (UTR no. ) Immediately after payment is done. DDs /
Cash are not accepted.

11. Charges are not final. Invoice/ Receipt will be based on actuals. Charges may vary
w/o notice and applicable as on the date of job work done.

12. When the counter terms and conditions of business have been offered by a
Customer/tenderer, ETDC shall not be deemed to be governed by such terms and
conditions unless specific written acceptance thereof has been given by ETDC.

13. Enquiries/P.Os/Offers/any other communication etc.,. if any, should be signed by

authorized person only. In case of e-mail, it should be authenticated by digital
signature/ signed scanned copy.

14. Please bring quotation while submitting the items.

15. In case customer is withdrawing/cancelling the job after raising service request form and
submitting the samples, an amount of Rs.2,000/- or 10% of test charges (whichever is
less) plus service tax will be charged as cancellation fee.
