Case Note: Student Dietary Needs

recent wt loss of 7 lbs


currently does not have medical insurance, no blood tests to show
complaints of potential IBS
immune system has been down for months, constantly sick
o lots of stress with multiple jobs and personal life
frequent headaches and fatigue
has been getting more rest these days (6-8 hrs)
Activity level: Very good
o Cardio and Weights about 4x a wk
o walks almost 7 miles on days she does not work out
o stretches with foam roller, some pilates exercises

BM:
irregular
not formed, often watery (water absorption problems)
cramps with BM
doesn't want to eat because it is painful

24 hour recall:

Breakfast: plain greek yogurt with blueberries


Lunch: 1 cups mango chunks
Dinner: Stir Fry: sesame oil, chicken, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, lettuce
