A. Abstraksi
Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is an orphan hepatobiliary disorder
associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).(Weismuller et al., 2017) The
most dangerous pathogen affecting the production of chestnuts is Phytophthora
cinnamomi a hemibiotrophic that causes root rot, also known as ink
disease(Santos et al., 2017) Common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is one of the
most consumed staple foods worldwide.(Parreira et al., 2016) Poultry
colibacillosis due to Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) is responsible for
several extra-intestinal pathological conditions, leading to serious economic
damage in poultry production.(Paixao et al., 2016) Trehalose-6-phosphate (T6P)
is an important signaling metabolite involved in plant growth control that inhibits
the sucrose nonfermenting-1-related protein kinase 1 (SnRK1), a key regulator of
energy and carbon metabolism in plants.(Mata et al., 2016) Hepatitis C virus
(HCV)-infected patients with cirrhosis are historically a difficult-to-treat population
and are at risk of hepatic decompensation(Lawitz et al., 2016) Products that are
manufactured for use in a clinical trial, with the intent of gaining US Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) approval for clinical use, must be produced under an
FDA approved investigational new drug (IND) application(Laronda et al., 2017)
ffective antiviral therapy is essential for achieving sustained virological response
(SVR) in hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected patients.(Kwo et al., 2016) In Vietnam,
large amounts of pesticides are being used in agriculture(Houbraken et al., 2016)
Maedi-visna virus (MVV) is an ovine retrovirus of the Lentivirus genus,
responsible for a chronic and progressive disease of sheep with a high
prevalence all over the world(Henriques et al., 2016)
