Core competencies in the 11 key areas of responsibility is the foundation in delivering the
proper and correct way of care to the client, this serves as guidelines on what to do and how
to do it during an encounter with the client, These Core competencies are made to give us the
glance on what do we need to do when we are in an encounter with a client, How to do it
effectively, and achieve our ultimate goal which is the total recovery of our clients.

I can integrate these core competencies by applying each of them in every procedure I make
to the patient, these core competencies could greatly boost my health care skills in every
possible way, it could also make a great positive impact on the client as applying these
competencies on them could greatly boost their recuperative process, these core
competencies are my guide in delivering a very effective care to the client.

Reading and understanding these competencies will surely integrate these things in my care
of my client.
