TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Operation Temperature range: -30ºC to +70ºC

- Maximum humidity: 95%
- Dimensions: 16.6 x 7.3 cm
- Weight: 140 gram
- Input DC voltage: 12v for RS3R12 model, 24V for RS3R24 model
- Two possibilities for dry contact signal: Alarm or Load (depending of programming)
- In order to provide extra security the RS3R12 & RS3R24 give alarm signal with slow beeping
sound and shutting down in the following cases:
• Low oil pressure,
• AC current feed on the board between engine cranking attempts
• Four failures of engine cranking attempts
• Unacceptable AC voltage for consecutive three seconds
- Possibility of using dry contact as a NO or NC
- Possibility to set the cooling time
- Possibility to set the loading time
- Possibility to set the delay of engine cranking after the absence of electricity
- Possibility to set the time between feeding on the protection board by DC voltage and the
engine cranking (this option is used for engines provided by electrical lift pump)
- Possibility to use or to cancel the oil protection

see the yellow flashing light in the TIME led.

2- To get alarm signal from the dry

contact, hold the COOL button for 2
seconds, and you’ll hear 2 beeping
sound.
Return line

3- To get load signal from the dry contact,

hold the HEAT button for 2 seconds, and
you’ll hear 2 beeping sound.

4- To set the starting motor, hold the START

5- To set the cool down of the engine,
hold the COOL button from 1 second to
20 minutes depending on your need,
each second of the time set you’ll hear
the beeping sound and see the TIME led
flashing.

6- To set the delay time of loading, hold

the HEAT button from 1 to 20 seconds
depending on your need, each second
of the time set you’ll hear the beeping
sound and see the TIME led flashing.

7- To set the delay of engine cranking

after the absence of electricity, hold the
COOL + HEAT buttons in the same time
from 1 to 20 seconds depending on your
need, each second of the time set you’ll
hear the beeping sound and see the
TIME led flashing. In order to cancel this
setting hold COOL + HEAT buttons for just
one long beeping.

8- To set the time between feeding on

the protection board by DC voltage
and the engine cranking, hold the HEAT
+ START buttons in the same time from 1
to 20 seconds depending on your need,
each second of the time set you’ll hear
the beeping sound and see the TIME led
flashing. In order to cancel this setting
hold HEAT + START buttons for just one
long beeping.

N.B.: While the programming, the maximum time between step 1 and 2, or 1 and 3 is
maximum 2 seconds.
