 Sale of House: A KP Case Study

I received a phone call from the native in November 2014 and the question she asked was
whether her house will be sold before 31.12.2014.

The native was staying in USA with her family for past 8-9 years. She had come to Mumbai in
January 2014 for a period of one year (i.e. upto 31.12.2014). From February 2014 she was trying
to sell her house in Bandra. Many people had come to see her house but the deal was not getting
finalised. She was to go back to USA on 02.01.2015. I asked for a KP No. and she
immediately said 221.

This question was solved by me on 22.11.2014 at 07.41.33 in Mumbai. The ruling planets,
planetary position, KP Cusp chart for the no. 221 are given below :

Lagna : Vrschik Mangal

Star : Visakha Guru (Ketu) Ketu was in Meen & rashi lord Guru is in RP

Rashi : Vrschik Mangal

Day : Saturday Sani

For purchase of house, the sublord of 4th house is seen. But for sale of house the sublord of the
10th house is seen. The customer is seen from the 7th house. 10th house of the chart is the 4th
house of the customer, so the sublord of the 10th house is to be analysed.

Rule : If the sublord of the 10th house is a significator of either 10, 5 or 6 then the house will be
sold. MD/AD/PD should be connected with the houses 10, 5 and 6. The 10th house is Vrschik
23:52:31

10th SL Mangal 11/10, 3 Sukra 9/9, 4 (2, 5, 6)

Mangal is a significator of 10 and also 5 and 6 by aspect.

At the time of question Chandra is in the star of Guru and is in its own sub. The chart has MD of
Guru and AD of Chandra upto 14.02.2015.

Guru is a significator of 5th house and Chandra is a significator of 6th house. Guru is aspecting
the 10th house with its 5th aspect, still I decided to find out strong significators of 10th house.
There is no planet in the 10th house. The rasi lord is Mangal. If we look at the planetary
position, we come to know that there is no planet in the star of Mangal, but Sukra is in the sub of
Mangal. So Sukra becomes a strong significator of 10th house. The PD at the time of question is
Sukra which is a significator of 10th house. The house should be sold before 20.01.2015. The
native was to go to USA on 02.01.2015, so I decided to fix the transit of Ravi through Ruling
planets.

Ravi is in Vrschik at the time of query. Next it will move to Dhan rashi from 16.12.2014 to
14.01.2015. The lord of Dhan rashi Guru is in ruling planets. Dhan rashi has Ketu, Sukra and
Ravi stars. Sukra and Ravi are not in ruling planets but Ketu is a strong ruling planet so I
decided that the house will be sold when Ravi transits Dhan rashi and Ketu star. The period is
from 16.12.2014 to 29.12.2014. Now in these 14 days if I had to finalise 1-2 days, I took the
sub of Mangal as the ruling planet lagna is Vrschik ruled by Mangal. Now Mangal sub in Dhan
rashi and Ketu star is from 4-46-40 to 5-33-20 (ie. 4 to 5 days from 16.12.2014 when Ravi
entered Dhan rashi. The deal for the sale of house was finalised on 21.12.2014.

The native thanked me for my correct prediction and left for USA on 02.01.2015.

 USE OF RULING PLANETS TO ASCERTAIN THE CORRECT TIME OF BIRTH

A few months back a lady called up for an astrology appointment. She said that her exact time of birth
was not known to her. According to her mother the birth time was 10.15 a.m. in the morning while her
father was certain that the birth time was 10.30 a.m. in the morning. She asked me whether I can arrive
her correct birth time. I said that I will and told her to call after 3-4 days.

According to me the ruling planets is the only method available in astrology to arrive the correct time of
birth of the native. The birth particulars of the native and the date and time when I solved her question
are given below :

DOB : 01.12.1979, TOB : 10.15 OR 10.30 A.M., PLACE : TEHRAN/IRAN

The question was solved on 24.07.2016 at 08.25 a.m., Mumbai and the ruling planets were

Lagna Star : Ketu

Lagna : Simha Ravi

Star : Purva Bhadrapad Guru

Rashi : Meen Guru

Day : Sunday Ravi (Rahu) Rahu is in Simha & rashi lord Ravi is in RP

When the birth time of the native is not known, we have to fix the Lagna-Degree-Min-Sec of the 1st
house and from that we arrive the birth time of the native. In this case the question was whether her
birth time is 10.15 or 10.30 a.m.

I prepared a chart for 10.15 a.m., the Lagna was Makar – 00-37-55 (RL – Sani, NL – Ravi, SL - Rahu and
SSL – Sukra). For the time 10.30 a.m. the Lagna was Makar – 4-51-25 (RL – Sani, NL – Ravi, SL – Sani
and SSL – Guru).

When the time of birth of the native is known the Lagna sign lord does not appear in ruling planets. If
the birth time is in doubt the Lagna sign lord appears in ruling planets. Here the Lagna sign lord Sani is
not in ruling planets and is retrograde.

Now if we see chain for the 1st house for the time 10.15 a.m., we observe that NL – Ravi and SL – Rahu
are in ruling planets but SSL – Sukra is not a ruling planet. In the chain for the 1st house for the time
10.30 a.m. , we observe that NL – Ravi and SSL – Guru are in ruling planets but SL – Sani is not a ruling
planet.

If the time 10.15 is to be finalised then, Sukra should come in RP and for the time 10.30 a.m. Sani should
be in RP.

I decided to check the planetary position and the Lagna chart at the time of query (i.e. 24.07.2016, 08.25
a.m. , Mumbai) to see whether Sani or Sukra can come as ruling planet.

Now let us analyse Sani and Sukra to see whether they can be included in ruling planets.

Sukra :

Sukra is in the 12th house alongwith Budh and Ravi in Karka rashi. Sukra and Ravi are not in conjunction.
Sukra is in the star of Budh which is not a ruling planet. Sukra aspects the 6th house which has not planet
in it.

Sani :

Sani is in the 4th house alongwith Mangal in Vrschik. Both the planets are not in conjunction. Sani
aspects the 1st house, Guru and Rahu with its 10th aspect. Saturn can be included as a ruling planet as it
aspects the lagna and also it aspects Guru and Rahu which are In ruling planets.

Therefore I concluded that the correct birth time of the native has to be 10.30 a.m. because the chain
for the 1st house for this time (i.e. RL – Sani, NL – Ravi, SL – Sani and SSL – Jupiter) exactly tallies with the
ruling planets at the time of query and Sukra by no means can be included as a ruling planet.

I prepared a chart for 10.30 a.m. and predicted few events about her past life. The native confirmed
those events which proves that the birth time arrived by me was correct.
