Which Book to Follow?

Approximately, 90% or more MCQs were asked from Harrison Textbook of Internal Medicine. MCQs were taken line to
line from paragraphs of Harrison. Most of the MCQs were there as One Liners (Approx. 50%) while about 20% MCQs
tested the knowledge of student about the whole topic, again taken from Harrison. Remaining 20% were long questions
and image based for which again an aspirant need to have knowledge of the whole topic.

Is there any MCQ Book we should follow?

There is one MCQ book (By Prof. Ajay Mathur) based on 19th edition of Harrison chapterwise and topicwise (taken
MCQs from liners or paragraphs or tables of Harrison). After reading a particular topic from Harrison textbook, one
should go through MCQ of similar topic from this book.

Other books we have that can also be followed are MCQ book of Medicine by Deepak Marwah or Mudit Khanna. Both
of these books contain recently asked MCQs as per NBE pattern for post graduate entrance examination (NEET PG) to
double sure your success.

Our main focus is Harrison 19th edition. We should read Harrison chapterwise focusing on important topics, covering
topic of e-chapters too and simultaneously read topics from MCQ books especially from MCQ book by Prof. Ajay
Mathur.
