Profile
While attending Glen Rose High School; I maintained a 3.8 GPA; while vigorously pursuing my
passion for debate, public speaking, and current events; and receiving numerous awards in those
areas. I am determined to achieve the goals I set for myself in society. I believe in giving back
not only to the communities that I’m involved with, but to anyone who needs a helping hand. It
is important to me that young adults are given the same opportunities that I have been blessed
with. I plan to become involved in national politics to help disadvantaged people find
opportunities and create jobs nationwide. I possess a deep desire to make a difference for
individuals who do not have access to as many opportunities as I do.
I participated in the Glen Rose High School Speech and Debate Program for four years. I
regularly won and placed at debate tournaments across Texas, while trying my absolute best to
achieve and exceed my coach’s expectations. I live my life humbly with immense gratitude for
the opportunities that my family, school, and community have given me, and pledge to always
give back to those who have given so much to me. And give more still.
