1) Please indicate our Quotation No together with your Purchase Order.
2) Customer's Purchase orders to Asco Asia must state clearly the type of certificate (& its reference, if there is any),
required at the point of order. This is subjected to charges base on the type of certificates required.
3) Customer should arrange for goods collection within one (1) week after being informed that their orders are ready to
ship. Failure to do so will result in re-allocation of these goods to other customers and delivery dates will be re-
scheduled accordingly. The re-scheduling shall not affect customer’s initial purchase order obligations.
4) Asco Asia will not accept cash payment or payment from other parties except from the contracting company
indicated in all price related documents from Asco Asia such as quotations, sales acknowledgements and tax
invoices.
