The Solutions Team performs pre-sales activities including but not limited to pre-RFP
(Request for Proposal) consulting, strategy definition, story-boarding, RFP responses
and proposal creation, internal approval processes, customer presentations, and
product demos.
Responsibilities:
• As a solutions writer and proposal manager for the global solutions team at
Intelenet Global Services, you lead our effort to deliver game-changing
solutions to global customers.
• Your responsibilities include working with all members of the Intelenet’s Sales
team to develop winning, innovative proposals including written responses for
Requests for Tender, Request for Proposals, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs (RFx); oral
presentations and demonstrations; unsolicited documents, marketing
collaterals and white papers.
• Contributes in providing innovative solutions to increase productivity and
improve processes / activities of the sales function
• Create and manage knowledge repository specific to the engagement –
categorization, organization as per engagement needs.

• Maintaining Knowledge Repository that can be used by sales within the
region
• Maintaining engagement templates/deliverables to assist in the project life
cycle
• Communicate industry, technical, and client knowledge on a timely basis to
the entire team.
• Ensure enhanced visibility of knowledge management and its support
functions for an improved customer acceptance, including effective
communication to drive knowledge sharing across the community.
• Enhance knowledge sharing on the topics of business priority with the latest
content of high business value
• Identify measure and document knowledge utilization metrics.
• Network with Subject Matter Experts, gain deeper understanding of Intelenet
services and offering and assist in and creating product brochures, videos,
case studies and so on
• Participate actively in giving product demos to CXO level customers in the in-
house Digital Experience Center

• Requirement Gathering – Understanding of client scenario and gap
assessment

• Understanding of key software tools and technologies

• This profile is with the corporate / sales solution division on Intelenet Global
Services. It does not involve customer care calling, back office processing or any
typical BPO operations related work
