· Currently engaged and responsible for student discipline, classroom observations, teacher evaluation and supervision,
facilitating parent meetings, maintaining schedules, and handling logistical matters. Have planned and adjusted
fundraising activities on school grounds. Engaged in building staff morale and improving school culture. Responsible for
creating the fire drill safety program for the school. Created the school’s newsletter effective December 2017.

· Developed and implemented interesting and interactive learning mediums to increase student understanding of course
materials. Used a variety of teaching techniques to encourage student’s critical thinking and hands on experience in all
subject areas. Combined discipline plan with effective measures and various lesson plans to increase concentration,
participation, and progress student accountability. Managed classroom accommodating 27- 30 students without the aid
of an assistant. Effectively planned and hosted Literacy Workshop for parents. Effectively planned and hosted in
conjunction with parallel teachers a Literacy Night for Group 4 and 3 students.
