on developing technically sophisticated and economically viable products in order to satisfy our customers at any time.

Major Responsibilities

The Materials and Logistics Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Director, Materials and Logistics by
organizing and tracking the following job related projects.
Work with the Magna Facilities and assist in implementation and tracking of Pilot Programs.
Logistic Cost Save Initiatives
Returnable Container Cost Saves
Supplier Packaging Web based Pilot
Logistic Cost Save Web based Pilot
Warehouse Web based monitoring Pilot
Individual facility support when required
Data preparation and manipulation.
Statistical analysis of Plant requirements for use in Logistics Cost Saves.
Reporting results (Charting, graphing and data visualization).
Perform data quality checks, identify business requirements and accurately represent results.
Create Data files in a variety of formats (excel, txt, csv, etc).
Develop reporting and tracking of Key measurables for Materials and Logistics in PowerPoint and Excel, with focus on
automating processes and tasks.
Identify solutions to risk and performance measurements. Analysis of results, benchmarking and tending.
Projects and Continuous Improvements.

Knowledge and Education

Supply Chain, Logistic courses or equivalent.


Self-starting, results oriented, flexible, team player
Knowledge of Materials Management and Logistics processes.
Excellent Knowledge of Excel, Power BI
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and intellectual skills
Competent use of systematic problem solving tools
Demonstrate decision making strength
Effectively communicate and interact with different levels of personnel and Management and cultures within Magna Group
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Meet deadlines on assigned tasks, utilize project timeline tools, effectively communicate goals and results
