SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

I, ROGIE M. APOLO, of legal age, Filipino, single/married to ARACELI M. APOLO, resident of Tolingon,
Mainit, Surigao del Norte, do hereby name, constitute and appoint EDPHER LEO M. SINDOL, of legal age,
Filipino, single/married, resident of Quezon, Mainit, Surigao del Norte, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead within the period of Ten (10)months (or years),
to SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, for the price not less than FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php: 50, 000.00),
Philippine Currency, to whosoever may purchase or by the parcel of land, with (or without)
improvements, located in Barangay San Miguel, Dapa, Surigao del Norte, and more particularly
described, to wit:

(A parcel of land, Lot No. 3334, D-12, Cad. 956 – T, containing an area of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND
(17,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated at Barangay San Miguel, Dapa, Surigao del Norte and
having a technical description as follows:

N., along line 5-6-7-8 by Lot 4452

E., along line 10-11-12 by Lot 6621
S., along line 13-14-15-17 by Lot 3314;
ALL of Case 10, Cad. 778-S, Pilar and General Luna Cadastre).

Of which I am the registered owner in fee simple, my title thereto being evidenced by Tranfer/Original
Certificate of Title No. 1609, issued by the Registry of Deeds of Surigao City, free from all liens and
encumbrances; and,

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do and
perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority to sell, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of
substitution, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
