is the mother of Apraem Cayle F. Mabaga.

I acknowledge that my child, Apraem Cayle F. Mabaga, is travelling out of the country to
compete for Philippine Robotics Team at the FIRST LEGO LEAGUE ASIA PACIFIC OPEN
CHAMPIONSHIP to be held at Sydney, Australia on July 6-9, 2017. He has my consent and
permission to travel with Mr. Diego M. Amid, principal of Batasan Hills National Highschool,
and Mr. Garen S. Saludares and Mrs. Bhabie Noreen Clemente, coaches of the Batasan Hills
National Highschool Robotics Team.
