Equipment Placement Agreement

registered office at 917, Sri ram Road Civil Line, Delhi and

1. Purpose
This agreement is being executed for the purpose of allowing usage of cold drink equipment
(.......................caser) bailed to the user for storing and serving chilled beverages, which, turn will helop
promote business interests of the company, updating the asses record of the Company for the
Equipment bailed to the User and setting terms for bailment of the Equipment. The Equipment is the
sole and exclusive property of Coca-Cola India Private Limited (CCIPL) which has delivered the
Equipment to the company vide asset bailment Agreement dated [...............................] for placement
within the Company]s designated territory for sale and distribution of CCIPL's pruducts. The User, in all
its communication will have to quote the machine Serial Number and the Asset Tag Number
mentioned in Clase 2 below whether for requesting maintenance service of the Equipment of for any
other correspondence at the following address:

2. Installation and Operation "
i) The User acknowledges and confirms that the Company, either directly or through its authorized
agent has installed Equipment bearing Machine Serial Number and the Asset. Tag
No......................................, without any cost to the user in the Users place of business
at..................................................... (Retail Outlet). The User confirms that the installation have
been done at the request of the User. Installation of the Equipment confirms the User's satisfaction
to the condition of the Qeuipment and its waiver of the right to raise a claim against the condition
of the Equipment. The user confirms that the equipment shall be maintained in good working
condition for as long as it is in possession of the same under the permission of the company.
ii) The User has been granted the right, by the Company, to use the Equipment of the confirmation
that the user will.
a) Not deface, remove, obliterate, obstruct or damage any indication on the Equipment about
their ownership by CCIPL, the name logo, advertisement or any related material or tracking
systems of the CCIPL (if any) appearing on the Equipment when delivered by the Company or
subsequently affixed by the company and not affix any third party or users logo or
advertisement to the equipment;
