Cancellation Rules
1. Pilgrims have the right to cancel their Haj reservation on the Local Haj Portal. However, Cancellation penalties/ Fees may apply
according to the Cancellation Policy stated in the below table.
2. Pilgrims are obliged to cancel the Permit via the system of the Ministry of Interior “Absher” In case the Haj Permit has been issued and
printed. Once the cancellation via “Absher” has been made, they must cancel their reservation through the Local Haj Portal in order to
create a refund request via the Local Haj Portal. Please note that the Cancellation Policy will be applied to the date of cancellation of
reservation made via the Local Haj Portal.

Reservation Rules
Payment against the issued bill must be settled through the SADAD channels within defined time frame advised on the portal to avoid
automatic reservation cancellation.
Reservation phone number cannot be used in more than one reservation.
Pilgrims may choose the Nafra wish by choosing the suitable programme which indicate the Nafra (12th Thul Hija, Or 13th Thul Hija)
and they are obliged to leave Mina accordingly.
Pilgrim cannot make more than one reservation.
For reservations with flights, the return flight date is subject to flights availability.
