PAULO AVELINO

I, PAULO AVELINO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a

resident of Paligue, Bagangga, Davao Oriental, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me ATTY. ROBELEN CALLANTA, with

office address at CALLANTA, CALLANTA, CALLANTA Law Firm,
0006 Rizal Avenue, Davao City, Philippines, where the examination is
being held at the same address. I am answering her questions fully
conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for
false testimony and perjury.

The questions being propounded and the responses are in

English, as I can fully converse using such language.

PURPOSE

This Affidavit is being offered to prove that I had an affair with the
complainant, SARAH GERONIMO.

1 Q: Please state your name and other personal circumstances

for the record.

A: I am PAULO AVELINO, a resident of Paligue,

BAGANGGA, Davao Oriental, Philippines

2 Q: Where do you work?

A: I am currently a Taxi Driver.

3 Q: For how long have you been working as such?

A: Since 2008.

4 Q: Prior to 2008, where have you been working, if any?

A: I worked as the family driver of the Campavillas.

5 Q: Who specifically among the Campavillas?

A: The Spouses Ella and Ron Campavillas.

6 Q: Why did you stop working for them?

A: I had an affair with Ella Campavilla. When we were

caught by her husband, naturally, I was fired.

7 Q: You were caught by her husband with what?

A: We were making out in their family car, as I was

undressing Ella.

8 Q: How can you prove that this incident happened?

A: During that incident, when Ron Campavilla caught us,

I was picked up by the police and was brought to the
police station. There was a police blotter on the
incident. There were also witnesses, including some
of the neighbors, and the sister of Mr. Campavilla,
Ruffa.

9 Q: When did the incident happen?

A: On Christmas Eve. In 2007.
