Layers:
Each page within the document has been allocated its own layer to aid in file
organisation. One layer is dedicated to the document's Master page.

Paragraph and Character styles:

All major text styles used within the document can be found in the paragraph and
character styles menus. Some manual adjustment of colour or font weight may be
required when altering elements with no pre-defined style.

Master page:
One Master Page has been included to aid in layout consistency between pages. The
Master Page contains the header background, logo, business contact and tax numbers,
the business name and the business for whom the proposal has been created, and page
numbers. These pages can be edited by double clicking on the relevant thumbnail in
the Master Pages menu.

Text Variables:
Included within the Long Proposal are a number of text variables to aid in content
management. When utilised, variables will update all instances of that variable
within a document automatically. To update a variable, open the text variables menu
and select define. The pre-defined variables will be listed and can be changed by
highlighting the variable required and selecting 'edit'.
