Dear Supplier

Lisheen Mine are committed to providing a safe, healthy and productive working
environment for all employees, visitors and contractors. The use of substances such
as drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited by the Company.

The Lisheen Mine has adopted the 0.00mg/l alcohol level threshold.

It is the responsibility of all employees, visitors and contractors to adhere to the

company’s rules governing alcohol and drugs.

In the interest of Safety and Health, and in accordance with the Safety, Health and
Welfare at Work Act, 2005, the Company may carry out alcohol and drugs testing in
the workplace on a random basis. All visitors and contractors are included in this
procedure and must adhere to this rule while present at Lisheen Mine.
